Personally i had small active spots and many scars / pigmentation spots - waited 2 years in generell but the tattoo covered everything well so you dont even see a difference in the tattoo/ink - plus the scars are also not visible anymore

Walking in off the street to quiz and artist with a thousand questions is also not a good idea. Ask around. If you see friends or associates with amazing body art, ask them who their artist was. Look them up, view their portfolios, and above all, have at least a clear idea of the motifs, themes and style you want (even if you're not sure of the exact design) before you even speak to the artist. That's going to make them feel a lot more confident and comfortable tattooing you, and a lot more willing to work with you to get the design right. They're also not going to have the dispiriting experience of starting work feeling as though you've already questioned their expertise and professionalism.

I got my first tattoo about 11 days ago. It was painless and bloodless by an artist with 8+ years experience. I noticed when it was finished that one small part, a circle about 4mm, stood out from the rest. I forgot about when it wept, then scabbed over becuase I couldn't see it. But once the scabs flaked off, that one small circle is noticeably different from the rest, it's even more noticeable now the rest isn't swolen and raised. It looks like he tattood over a mole, but I never had a mole before, or a little but of raised scar tissue, but It can't be becuase it was there as soon as he finished. I checked the photo the artist uploaded that he took before I left, and I can see it in the photo. What could this possibly be?

Are there any tips on how to stop shaking. Just had nexk shoudlers done on both sides and i feel awful. Has uncontrollable shakes for 3hrs after. Def felt like my body was shutting down Had a high sugary breakfast to .was totally worth the pain tho but i hate tattoo flu. Feel exhausted

You should definitely be able to go to a professional tattoo shop with an idea in mind full sleeve half sleeve, and ask just about how much do you think it may cost? It could be a big range but at least give the customer an idea of what they need.

I would ask how much it was but it wouldn't mean i was asking how long it will take it can take long its worth the wait the one i want so i would make it clear i only want to know the price not how long its going to take and didnt mean it bad

Thanks for the information because sometimes really strong rushes stronger than the rushes through intimacy mite make me very light headed and weird so do those kind of feelings happen and its my first time i want it at the top part of my arm in the middle a kill bill one and um i also have epilepsy but been told theres no evidence that tattoos can make people take sezuires i havent had one in 7 months now and i would make sure i bring snacks and soda and is talking to the person guy or women ok or will it make them lose there consecration i would bring my sister with me I'm 35 but always wanted one and i know people who have epilepsy get tattoos so o recan it would be cool i mean like the rush from being on a fast roller coastr can make me light headed panic but i have to just breathe and relax and i would be fine so does it give you rushed through your body the gun like when ure on a spedy rollercoaster or is it not that nbad a feeling thanks❤

When I asked for pricing on my half sleeve I made a mock up design and thoroughly explained the measurements and what I wanted for the area. I was very specific on it and asked only for an estimate. I was overestimated and actually am saving a few hundred now for mine because my first session went so well. I think its always best to know an idea of what you want before and ask to pay for a sit down appointment with an artist to work with them on the design together.

I have 6 white wolf tattoos and they all use white, and of course greys for shading. But then my advantage is my skin tone is what we here in alaska refer to as "Fish Belly White". Most tattoo artist love my skin because im SO white that even white ink lokks beautiful on me. Makeup artist however hate me! I found out when i was having my makeup done professionally for my wedding, that there is NO FOUNDATION as pale as I am.... None! My beautician actually had to add pure white to her lightest shade of foundation and doo that 5 time and keep redoing me until she made a custom color pale enough for me. And that was BEFORE i was wheelchair bound and on 19 medications that all said " stay out of sunlight". I now only leave my apartment about 20 days a year, to go to doctors. I keep my blinds drawn, and i stay indoors on nice days. It takes less than 18 minutes for my skin to burn. It's a good thing actually that i live in an Alaskan Temperate Rainforest. And it rains most of the year.... But yes, all of my tattoos are full color, most are centered around the white wolf, i have a lot of greenery, and autumn colored greenery... All of my tattoos are nature.

My chest tattoo is my oldest, and all my tattoos are full color, but that one is now 28 years old. And you can still see the white ink because Im super pale, I live in southeast Alaska in a rainforest, and im wheelchair bound so i rarely go outdoors, maybe 20 days a year, so my skin is a perfect canvas for colored ink. Even white shows beautifully on me. But my oldest tat, the black on it looks blue now because of how pale my white skin over the black ink is, and how old it is. Its also one of three tattoos thats old enough I have issues with when I have an MRI. The black ink burns. I have two on my left shoulder & bicep i have to be careful, they have to wrap my arm and not let touch the inside of the MRI machine. The ink has to be made of some sort of metal partical in it. Or was made in a metal container and leached. Its not the same sythentic that new inks are made out of. My first three tattoos were done in a very old shop that doesn't exist anymore. Afterything after those 3, #4 - #10 were all done after 2000-2018 was my last one (left shoulder & neck)

Hey, just Curious, but what about service dogs? What if they need them for disability reasons? If it's a case like that, do you accommodate? I'm disabled, but can afford a service animal, but I'm curious if someone had a dog with a vest, was blind, deaf, or an epileptic or something.

Here in australia the drawing cost is included in the tattoos if you dont like there drawings it cost you zero also comparing yourself to the brain surgeons was pure comedy you literally draw lines on people for a living brain surgeons save lives 😂😂

I'm an ex drug user and have Serenity Prayer on my arm. To remind me how far I have come. 19yrs clean. I also have a tattoo of my cat on my arm and his name etc after he passed away. But I see where you're coming from
