Obi could have been a star in New York in my opinion but Thib's has his favorites and he was loyal to Julius to a fault. Is Thibs a Good coach..yes...he brings structure but he is far from perfect..if your not one of his guys your in trouble. He hurt Obi's confidence and cost him money ( Contract wise ) by not playing and developing him, stunted the Kids growth and never used his skill set properly. I wish Obi well and hope he gets with a team where he can get Starts minutes he is not perfect but he has a skill set that can take him far , he just needs a coach who believes in him and the right team. Jaden’s offensive game not improving counting stats wise is a product of what his situation is, rather than his lack of skill. KAT came back this year after missing last, and Jadens literally the 5th option on offense. Given the opportunity, I think he can get much higher counting stats at least.

As a Rockets fan, as much as I like Jalen Green, I think it'd be the best if we just traded him. We don't really need him and his trade value is still really good. Cam Whitmore is already looking like a more promising player to me and I can't see both JG and Cam getting enough minutes to develop properly. We should trade Green for a good 3&D player. The Rockets already have many good offensive players and I just can't see all of them getting enough opportunities. What I personally would like to see is Vanvleet AND Green getting traded for a superstar point guard like Fox, but that is VERY unlikely to happen. I can just keep on dreaming. (EDIT) I know that Fox isn't a good 3pt shooter but I meant that if we ONLY traded Green, we should go for a 3&D guy, I just kinda threw that last trade out there because that's what I would personally like to see but it's not happening.

I just always find it funny that NBA fans love to put the blame of why a team is declining on one person, cus it’s easy. Like how doc just got here yet everyone wants to blame him for everything, when in reality the team has lost major depth and some of their players aren’t as efficient or effective as they once were. How bout we talk about trading jrue holiday was a mistake. He was their primary perimeter defender and they gave a lot up when they let him walk. It’s not always a big name that’s gonna save your team. The bucks have like no young talent, it’s a lot going on. Doc came into a less than ideal situation and he has guts for even taking the position cus he knows how hateful NBA fans can be. The reality of it is, The bucks stayed the same when other teams got better. The Celtics got better, the knicks got better, the raptors got better, the pacers got better, MIA, etc. and that’s just in his own conference. A lot has changed since that 2021 chip. The bucks just haven’t made the right adjustments. It’s not one person’s fault, just like the lakers, warriors, and the suns. It’s many different factors combined holding the team back. Can’t afford to regress when it’s too many young teams out here getting better each season like the timmies and OKC.
