    Everything is ok but where is kpi like most important paint consumption You are talking about job of denter painter and they know better than manager In India communication of customer and manager are always in hindi soo much English can't understandable.

    Question 2: How does the OEM know what colour of the car to manufacture and in what numbers? If OEM produces yellow cars and no customer is willing to buy a yellow car then the dealership or whole-seller will be in a loss?

    Question 1: Between the OEM (Tata Motors) and the dealership is there a Whole-seller involved? Why the dealership cannot directly deal with the OEM? Can you share names of prominent dealership and whole-sellers in India so that its clear?

    Cdr sir is an exemplary leader having amazing acumen, transformation , clear vison how and with what pace a business gets lead. Meritocracy what gets his attention always . Depth of operation , quick grasp of the subject or challenges , creating best practices and acknowledging the good performance / performers. Muti location dealership handling not an easy task which Cdr lead from front and huge support from the Management and team down the line transformed to what we see today. Success breeds Success. I too became a SM due to sheer merit and tenacity which got recognised . Hard and smart work always gets its due. Ideal dealerships can get into from where they are today to what we can wish to be the top of the line , is possible with empowerment, training , delegation, division of labour , being relevant all this will get rewarded any time now or near future. It is great to work under leadership of Cdr who is truly a doyen of Automobile industry pan India ... Thnx to Pro Srikant for enlightening all of us..
