Simple Minds Someone Somewhere In Summertime
I love it !
This funny scene is basically pointing out the absurdness of technobabble, phase shifting, photon torpedoes or polarity reversing and body swapping and teleportation devices or any other scifi nonsense makes no sense
Shots fired 😂
It really was a show ahead of its time, the utter brutality of the races towards each other.
It’s because phase shifting has a polarization to it. You’re only out of phase to vertical surfaces or those within a fairly large degree from 90 degrees, say 3 - 177 degrees. Horizontal surfaces like floors, ground and stairs are not affected by the phase shift. Gravity is also not affected so you don’t get pulled down or float away.
No, because a floor or roof is essentially the same as a wall, her point stands correct. This funny scene is basically pointing out the absurdness of technobabble, phase shifting, photon torpedoes or polarity reversing and body swapping and teleportation devices or any other scifi nonsense makes no sense
@@shawntipton5078 - No shit? Huh, I guess my tongue wasn’t firmly planted enough in my cheek.
All they need to do is significantly update CGI of this series and it will be the best thing on TV. Again.
Good luck major kira 😂😂😂
There's a story about this episode that say's the actor playing G'kar was adlibbing some of his lines to make it more funny and Londo wasn't in on the joke.
3:48 When the scene went from black comedy to just straight darkness. Until recently, G'Kar's whole life had been dedicated to revenge against the Centauri, only for them to destroy Narn's defenses and turn his people into slaves, and now here he is, stuck in a trap that will eventually kill himself and the Centauri most responsible for his people's suffering, he can't take the absurdity of it all. A masterful performance from Andreas Katsulas, holy crap.
He would've made a great Joker.
my favourite part of the whole series
Эти двое основа всего Вавилона-5, они лучшие.
this question just ruined a million movies, 500,000 series, and 10 million books. its just so obvious.
G'Kar's makeup is so good.
So this is max Passive-Aggressive ?
That "I can hear you" gets me all the time 😅
Gee, Michael O'Hare had a powerful voice.
you're here with me now. survive, bitch.
Definitely the two actors that made this show amazing. Ivanova had her moments, Bester was the Bestest, but Londo and G’Kar… Oh, wait, I forgot about “be somewhere else.” So many great moments.
If youre reading this and you dont know b5 is the greatest secret ever. In a time when only movies had cgi this show pumped them out weekly. It is a five year story arc that immerses you in a revalationay world. Get past season 1 season 2 is the best bit of writing ever. If you like the expanse, orville or firefly do not miss this. Do not.
G'Kar's manic glee is just so good, he got exactly what he wanted and he couldn't be happier.
Two people in an elevator. And it's a billion times more engaging, funny and riveting than anything New Trek (except Picard Season 3). JMS is a GENIUS!
The evolution of these two characters from hatred to understanding and trust is inspiring.
The quality of Babylon 5 could be variable but Peter Jurasik and Andreas Katsulas were utterly peerless.
G'kar's NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO is so funny
Good writing, like the whole series. Wish it had the TNG/DS9 budget
Is one Israel and the other Hamas?
I keep forgetting that that is an ending scene to an episode.
Looking at you, TNG
"I hear you" *giggle giggle giggle*
"Modern technology William" "Whoa!"
"So we must work together." "No" cracks me up every time 😆
Coming back to this randomly, and I think I saw something in G'Kar's eyes when he saw Lando lying there. A fleeting, visceral desire to help and check on him before he remembered who it was.
I guess G'Kar failed as a monster. It's perfectly all right- I failed too. Oh, well...
As dated as this show now is they had a great cast !
Just an overall masterpiece. Too bad JMS had to sell off to WB they can never re boot the chemistry on that set.
Londo and G'Kar eventually team up in their travel to Centauri Prime. 😂
This show is timeless.
This show is a documentary.
The doors being hot to the touch was a great touch. Great work. Peace
one of the best episodes
Is this a great scene or what !?
G'Kar's schadenfreude is legendary in this one.
This is where B5 is at its best. When the magic deal making space demons arent involved.
still tickles me how FRENCH the Centuari are
Rest in peace mr Garibaldi, you deserve it.❤
Pure hate. Wrath is a deadly sin.
The simple "No" is terrifying. He knew that if they didnt work together they would die painfully and G'kar still said no. It should make tou think
G'kar always expected he'd die painfully, probably because of a Centauri. So did Londo, at the hands of a Narn. They were both right.
Getting Extreme vibes..
There are no coincidences. These two were destined to cross each other's paths in many ways.
They were closer than brothers.
Londo: sighs I hate my life g'kar: so do I Londo: shut up 😂😂😂
Whimsical spite, that's what this scene has.
