Another amazing song,,,, As soon as the first chords hit and the harmonys come in. I am transported back to When i was a young teen sitting in the hall fowlling along to the Girls choirs new song, and starring up at the ceiling. As the cords bring back so many memeories,,,,,, of songs shows events places we went and the Music we made together !!!!! all thoes hours and jokes and people.. Not an Irish folk song at all. Written in 1845 for a London theatre production of the play 'Green Bushes or A Hundred Years'.
