Aqui no hay nada científico, el argumento que usas es de un tipo con aspecto debil criticando la fruta por su fuerte olor, y usando eso de pretexto. No hay pruebas quimicas que demuedtren que esta fruta es dañina solo no se debe exceder las dosis recomendadas ya que es bueno proviniendo el cancer de mama la diabeted el colesterol malo y los germenes ademas de ser un analgésico y anti inflamatorio.

Hi. Is there any specific documentation that I need besides a passport to stay in Panama for 180 days? Also, did I hear correctly that I could leave Panama in the 180 day period and return in 3 days? Does the clock starts all over again for another 6 months when you return?

I apologize if this is off task but I have a question that you could possibly answer. I've looked into flights to boquete and they are pretty expensive from the states roughly $1,500 round trip. But if you fly into Panama City and then catch a connecting flight to David, it seems to be a lot less expensive. Is this something that you can speak to?

What if I have 13 hours layover in pty to my next flight? Do I need to go through immigration or will I need transit visa while I just change from Copa to Turkish and I don’t have checked-in baggage? Please reply

I have been in Panama for 20 years. Everything he said is spot on. Hope puts out a vid for people thinking about retiring here that would include quality , price, of “skilled” labor . Especially never pay up front, estimates, not showing up, etc. Racism, indigenous culture, dark skin color, even respect for females. Also, there is a reason they don’t make a big deal about Fathers Day ( who or where is your daddy, support $$$ virtually nonexistent. Education system, government corruption. Need to learn to stay under the radar. Also, Quantity trumps quality. More of something is always better, especially making noise. He mentioned the two pay days a month for a lot of people, this unfortunately may mean day or two after you may directly or indirectly exposed to the effect of “over indulgence”. Do I ever plan on going back to USA now,…lmao. Words of wisdom is have no expectations, patience, adapt, learn Spanish ASAP. The good outweighs the bad.

Hello Sir, I heard if your layover exceeds 12hrs you will need a transit visa. I'm from Eastern Africa

Panama is one of the most racist and worst airport I have ever seen. My family and I were going for a 10days holiday with Schengen residence permit. All our documents were ok and up to date but we were denied entry and treated like a piece of trash with a 6month old and 2 year old baby. I will never advice anyone to chose this country for holidays especially from Europe.
