I agree completely with you about having women in the band. I´m a guy but have played with women since i began and I´m 75 now. And the women bring another vibe which makes the music complete. Don´t forget Louis Armstrong and Lil Hardin. Vi Redd, Dorothy Donegan, Hazel Scott, Melba Liston...........I can go on and on!
