Does this type of fasting give you a headache?
Not if you do it correctly. You have to make sure you drink beverages with little to no caloric intake, such as water and coffee. Also, you have to eat full healthy meals instead of portion sized meals. If it's done correctly, you shouldn't get headaches.

@@ericajoyner5267 Drink the smoothie during the window you're supposed to eat. You should drink a beverage with no calories during the fasting period.
