So basically they want something really bad to happen to your child than you can get accepted and if you apply for something still bad but not really bad you get deny so if your kids not safe with someone you have to wait till he or she get hurts than apply make no sense

I am in southern California. I am the court ordered guardian for my 13 yo granddaughter. The fellow who is the non-bio father is trying to take over guardianship. I feel his motive is the SS death benefit my granddaughter gets from her mother. It is a substantial amount of money. He has this is the third he has tried to take this over. I am currently ill, and waiting some surgery, but I am to be released soon. Are there any things I should do?

Do accept questions from Kansas? If there are no pending hearing or motion, and they are asking that o e might seek intervention of the court, why would it still be on file? After a sentence is served and why are they not mandated to show prove if taken. Acknowledge to court

Why can’t one use video for proof in this kind of situation? The judge won’t allow it. Specially when a child won’t speak about the abuse to anyone, only to the person she trusts

Does the person wanting the ex parte have to let the other party know? Like give notice?

How long can the temporary emergency custody last

Can a judge stop a hearing and have an "in camera" meeting with the GAL? (Sounds like ex parte but she called it in camera) and during that meeting take full custody away from one parent? And without any extreme circumstances

What if you leave a state with the child _ no custody orders in place and established residency in a different state. And the other party filled for exparte out of the original state

Listening to this only pisses me off freaking more considering I was not aware of any sort of order against me nor did I ever harm said person/persons how I found out was when at my job one morning across the street I resided and a patrol car pulls up one I've never seen before in that area the official passed by 3 other people standing in the yard of the house I was to work on and came straight to me asking for identification which I replied it's at home across the street the official replies OH you can't go there I asked why he ignored me and instead asked did I have any drugs, weapons as he attempted to grab my arm I repeatedly ask why he continues to try to arrest me so me knowing I have no warrants and haven't been in any trouble I decided to cooperate which then he placed the cuffs on which seemed to be as tight as he could and then searching me finding to pills one Vicodin and one ultracet both prescribed by a Doctor from a car accident 2 weeks earlier once in front of the magistrate I asked what, who,how,why and when was a 50 B placed I got no answer instead I was being charged with resisting arrest and attempt to sell narcotics in which I was to stay away from my residence also and this all took a year until I came in front of a judge and the cases where all dropped in result of all that I had lost both jobs had to sleep on the street for a year and because it was all bogus charges against me no truths in any of it I freaking suffered a freaking year for reasons that still to this day pisses me off , Greensboro North Carolina makes their own rules is that it? Ask any of the neighbors about me my character you'd be wowed by the results so seriously all this is to me is total BS on a major level....Guys be aware of any sort of back stabbing crazy ass women trust me men have no rights in this type of BS
