As a guy who played this back in middleschool(2005-ish) on 2nd chair trombone, this takes me back! :) Outstanding job, you all sound great! Glad to see music and the arts are still in schools!

I was listening to and watching Music video’s of The Rhodesian Military and Songs by John Edmond. Those Troopies sure looked Smart marching to When The Saint’s Come Marching in. Then the video showed Paratroopers of The Rhodesian Light Infantry or perhaps Special Air Service accompanied by by a well done version of March of The Belgian Parachutist’s . I had never heard it before and while searching it I also read comments that were favorable and spoke of how enjoyable it was to play. I wanted it by different bands on a playlist. These kids are great and tears of pride welled up in Me like when I first heard My Daughter Play The Minstrel Boy on the Fiddle and She and Her Older Brother both self taught on the Piano playing Heart And Soul together when He was home on leave from Serving as a paramedic with the First Armored Div in Iraq. He made a career in the Army as a special Forces Doctor and My Daughter now has Three sons about the age of the Kids in this video. Another Son from My Second Wife is really good on the piano plays often and brought Me to tears playing Con te partiro. I just found out that there is a Juno Beach in Florida. I have alway’s associated it with The WW2 Normandy Juno Beach, site where Canadians Forces landed on D- Day June 6, 1944. I hope all these kids keep having fun playing . I will continue enjoying their music adding this to My playlist. I am partial to Soldier Songs and Military Music but I can see any of these Kids also playing Lionell Hampton , Duke Ellington, Goodman , Prima and other fun Big Band Music. Not far inland from the British Landing Beaches is Pegasus Bridge . So named after the British Glider Bourne troops who made the most accurate glider crash landing in the history of Airborne forces to successfully capture and hold that bridge. British Airborne Trooper Den Brotherivdge was first to set foot on that bridge and the First man to be killed in action against the enemy on D-Day. Richard Todd who later became a well known British and later Hollywood actor was , if I recall correctly close behind Brotheridge in a guns blazing dash across the bridge to unnerve the sentries and surprise the garrison asleep several levels below in Keep type structures at each end.
