Facial Expansion: MSR Foot Pain Protocol
Facial Expansion: MSR Foot Pain Protocol - Using fascial expansions to treat foot pain represents a holistic approach that combines a modern understanding of fascia's role, kinetic chain relationships, and essential principles from acupuncture or traditional Chinese medicine. We link fascial lines with acupuncture points like ST44, LV3, LV2, K3, and B60, creating a cohesive treatment plan. This integrated strategy aims to enhance care for foot issues, from Plantar Fasciitis to Hammer Toes.

Hello @carmenvossen8371, Thank you for watching! It's not uncommon for patients to need modifications to exercises based on their specific needs, especially for those with limited mobility or seniors. We often start with the basic exercises and adjust them as necessary. For tailored advice and modifications, I recommend consulting a local practitioner who can assess your particular case and provide appropriate guidance. Best regards, Dr. Brian Abelson DC

@bryankitmendoza1223 Hello, and thank you for watching! I appreciate your interest in the exercises for hip osteoarthritis. However, I am unable to provide specific advice or comments on individual cases without a physical examination and a complete medical history. It's important to note that not everyone will be able to perform the exercises exactly as demonstrated. We often recommend starting with modified versions of certain exercises and ensuring that you do not push through any pain. Ultimately, we always advise consulting with your physician to determine what exercises are appropriate for your specific condition. Best regards, Dr. Brian Abelson, DC

Writing this comment in hopes it helps someone in need! I've been suffering from peroneal nerve entrapment for the past month or so after working with my physio to get rid of my current piriformis syndrome which has been affecting me for the last 3 years! After working with my physio I developed peroneal nerve syndrome most likely to putting my muscles in positions they haven't been in for a long time (My physios treatment plan was to foam roll and start stretching heaps to get rid of my piriformis syndrome). Anyway I got sick of the lightning feeling going up my leg and saw a masseus for a session today, that didn't work so I returned home and started stretching again. I noticed with my stretching that my hamstrings feel extremely tight when I bend to touch the ground, even though I am really flexible and able to touch the ground (I also realised hamstrings are the one thing I haven't really stretched). From the encounter I found the highest platform I could put my leg on to really stretch my hamstrings. This needs to be VERY higj, you want a DEEP stretch, as high as you can manage. From here I grabbed my foot with both hands leaning forward and stayed in the position for about 4-5 minutes, making sure to align my leg straight and not let it tilt. After putting my leg down I felt that nerve pain completely gone. Key things to note: During this stretch I felt a deep stretch in my calf and hamstring, in my calf it felt very intense and felt like it was a stretch I am not able to get to without sticking my leg in an elevated position. Hope this helps someone!

does this help with winging? That's my current situation, currently recovering from a bad accident .All my muscle fibers fatigued. I joked that I once looked like a veal cow. Currently, trying to get year round athletic strong again. The biggest thing I noticed was how weak my right side got and winging that never existed before the accident
