I’m a huge basketball fan. I study the game like a full-on hoops nerd. I have a coaching background, and I feel that helps me notice a few things not everyone can see. This channel is about highlighting something you saw in a game, but might not have noticed. The underrated and overlooked are where I want to dedicate most of my time. Most of all, however, this is my page, so you’ll see things I like: great defense, ball movement, assisting artistry. My intention is for you to be able to use these videos like film study.
I do not own any of the videos. None of them are mine. I just compile clips. I leave the tags and labels from the original source when possible. If you see a channel that frequently pops up, please subscribe. Check out the featured channels section to find my favorites.
Above all else: WATCH FULL GAMES. ASK Qs.
At the end of the day, I do this as a hobby SO if you’re feeling extra charitable,

Nikola Jokic to Aaron Gordon 23/24
zhlédnutí 42KPřed 2 měsíci
“Assist makes two people happy. A point makes one guy happy. Simple as that.” At the time of this posting (3/29/24), Nikola Jokic has 629 assists through the 70 games he's played on the season - good for 2nd in the league behind only Tyrese Haliburton. Of those 629, 114 are listed as assists to Aaron Gordon. The ones that jump to mind are Jokic in the post or on the roll. Joker will either rece...

Herb Jones finished in the top 10 in steals, tallied a combined 2.2 stocks per game (steals blocks), and ranked in the top 5 in deflections per game (just behind Fred VanVleet, OG Anunoby, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Paul George, and tied with Alex Caruso). The most fun thing about Herb Jones is his relentlessness. Yes, he’s got the length to make the offense miserable standing at 6’8” with a 7 fo...

Tyrese Haliburton. 2023 NBA All-Star. 2021 NBA All-Rookie First Team. Master of the Pinoy Step. The Pinoy Step is a move intended the throw off the defender’s timing by incorporating a shot fake or lob fake as the offensive player strides to the basket after picking up their dribble. As you can see in these clips, Haliburton has mastered the art of deception and distorts the defender’s timing s...

Boooooriiiing
As the years passed, they gave KD more iso opportunities, But when he submitted himself completely to the Warriors system, they were truly unstoppable.
Considering size difference between Tony and KD, his defense on KD was really crazy
how sweet and smooth
Does anyone else see the dirty play by green at the end there?
Kobe won 5 chips copying that exact move. Deadliest move in bball ever.
Uhm actually hes not very good
It's incredible how he knew how to defend without making a mistake

LaMidrange was automatic. He had a quick first step and his ability to face up almost made him seem like a SF in a center’s body. Every move had a counter and counter to that counter.
He could had been a star if he was focused more in the game and his body, dude was gifted with massive hands agility footwork and he was stronger than embiid
So streaky. Dangerous as hell once he hit one.
9 years ago is crazy
Caruso is just pure effort and heart on every play. Just 💯 effort and it shows. Crazy he came up from the G league and was overlooked. He makes it tough for any opposing team. Always fun to watch. Glad he got his chance snd hasn’t looked back.
I used to think Mike was the best basketball “player” ever, then I realized he just had the coolest career ever, but lebron is by far, unquestionably the best “player” in his prime, the heat years are absolutely insane to watch
0:14 See how he easily moves Reggie Miller out the way to gain position in the post
4:02 what the bench ESP over there complaining about??😂😂😂

I came here from JJ Redick's podcast episode with JR Smith. JR was effusive about the effort that Delly put forth in this serious: "My man was in the ice tub up to his neck after every game. He couldn't even talk." He was right.

That boy Timmy used to be foolingggg out there
Everything he’s shooting… long jumpers, midranges, layups all contested. No players backing away from him allowing him to drive to the basket. There’s MJ… Kobe and then everyone else.

If anyone can explain what happens to the ball at 4:50, I'm all ears.

Man as a rockets fan I was always amazed how unorthodox his shooting form was at times when I was younger I would sometimes try to copy it he was such a solid sharpshooter for a big man
