The question I have to the doctors that recommend to do once a week, have they experience to themselves to know for sure that doing once a week is the best? I can say that 99% of most doctors give their recommendation to the patient not by their own experience but by the FDA or a clinical trial that have not done a thorough research themselves. I dunno if Berzinsky could use some content for his upcoming video; my experience upon first growing the beard out was quite positive among the women. There were less compliments when I grew it out longer (aside from a random one who shamed her boyfriend for not growing a beard,) but there have been a few who liked the length, complimented the maintenance, and were surprised it wasn't prickly. Many of the compliments from men were the ones many have commented of.

Majority of men dont have perfect full beards so that shouldnt make you shave it, just leave it and you will not regret
