Nice job Phil! Why don't you run the wire to the nose bottons? I love the 3HP Frame 563. You should wire it 220. Half the amps. The difference between a Standard Arm (16" crosscut) and Medium Arm (24" crosscut) The Medium Arm has a 42" long and the base is 36"x48" as compared the the Standard arm's base is 36"x48"

Thank you very much for your feedback and expertise, it is greatly appreciated. The saw is wired 220V already ;-) I tried to troubleshoot the nose button but I think soemthing is wrong with it as I did not get the proper contacts (I couldn't figure it out) so I left the other ON/OFF switch. It works great but it would be nice indeed to have the orignal button running at some point :-)

@@prophilwoodworks3453 Interesting. I'd love to see the motor tag. So you think the switch itself is bad? Original saw sells that switch. I did notice in the beginning of you video that you did have that narrower wire that comes out of the magnetic starter. That was the nose button wire. I may also have a few buttons in my shop. I know I just sold one a few weeks ago. I have to try that clear coating you use. Very nice!

I added short pieces at the top on the exterior side, on the front and back (1"x1"x6") to be able to lift them up from the pockets but it requires 2 people. I would maybe consider plywood instead of 2 bys to make it ligther and more managable. But the only thing I see though is about the wheelwale because there are no pocket in between. So it might be a lot more work.

A lot of the tools are still on pallets form the auctions looks like my shop. From experience don't get carried away in buying tools like I did. Thanks for the shop tour.

Thank you for your feedback. All the equipment is on pallets so I can move them at any time, except 2 from auctions indeed (just bought them). One to use now and one to restore. But you are correct, it is very easy to buy tools 🙂
