Funny you say that, I found an image where Lofty is visible just recently from 2013. In 2014 or 15 they refurbished the building, adding sand on the floor, removing the original hidden lights from the floor and under the shack's roof, putting new bright LEDs against the back wall. They tore down the orange leaves wallpaper and painted it all green and they painted the roof as it has issues with dampness. Lofty was never added back as it is likely seen as not worth it due to the condition of the roof.

It's on my list, though St.Ives is at a long distance and it's quite out of the way, so don't expect anything soon.

@@glugsy1 Yeah it’s pretty far from me too. Only get to visit it once every few years, it’s been awhile though. No problem, I’ll check back every now and then. St Ives is a beautiful place anyway, so enjoy it if you do go 👍

This had been refurbished in the 90s so targets and guns were updated. They should have left it alone, but its gone now anyways.

@@glugsy1 such a shame that so many of them are now gone. If I ever see one always have a go. There is a small one at Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach which I have posted on here.

He has had his hat changed with the Tilby the South Pier Scarface wore, making his face visible. Scarface is the first thing that needs fixing, he stands out too much.

@@HarryYT22 I assume you know what the South Pier version does, its the exact same, her whole body is meant to fall backwards, then water squirts out. She's missing both her hands, one was given to Scarface.

@@jamesb1919 It's most obvious in the pet shop, but they definitely move more frantically then before. I'm not entirely sure what's causing it but I worry that they could ware out quicker in the long run. I have 2 videos of the pet shop before and after incase of reference.

Ah yes - certain movements in Rumpus and Petshop have been sped up by adjusting the restrictors on the air cylinders, but the overall pressure has not been increased. As you probably know already, those attractions use compressors which “top up” the air pressure once it falls below a certain point - Rumpus will drop several bar in pressure before this top up happens. So the pressure varies hugely - not ideal but largely unavoidable given the number of sets and figures. A good indication of the pressure in the system at any moment is to see how violent the airblast in the wall halfway round is! J

You posted this comment just as I clicked on this video to compare it to another recording of the same music from another pirate shooting gallery I did today. I have a recording of both hillbilly and faulty repair shop music, the latter is recorded on an old phone in 2013 and isn't very good. I might go to Blackpool this year and so the Scarface music I'll try to record. Also the full Hillbilly theme can be found all over the internet. P.s. I see you like Robot Wars and Voltaires ghost. I guess we have a few interests in common.

@@glugsy1 I apricate that very much these shooting galleries were a big part of my childhood. Thank you for keeping these things alive and apricated today. Thanks for the hillbilly tip off. That Scarface music gives me chills man. And yeah big Robot Wars fan I'm currently writing about it for university film/tv studies funnily enough thank you! Keep up the great channel work man! :)

I think I've seen those ones, took me a while to realise there were two identical looking ones. There are smaller versions called Treasure cove and I have filmed a few of those.

Its not receiving enough air.
