No, only for special purposes due to emission regulations. As mentioned in video only available in EURO III and V. (Not EURO VI)

A heavy truck trailer hitch, to pull a 15ton device would be very good selling point.
There is a hitch. The smaller 50mm bal coupler is mounted to bigger hitch. You can pull light and heavy trailers with the Unimog.
The perfect all-round Unimog configuration! Is the loading area tiltable?
No, the loading area is not tiltable. It is a special 2-level (floor) flat body. The upper flat bed is for transporting good needed in power line maintenance work and the lower level is full of extractable drawers where the crew keeps all small items, tools etc. also the vertical cabinet has drawers inside.

What is the purpose of doing this?
Video from testing phase. Unimog RRV is equipped with multipurpose road-rail wagons containing big water tanks. These wagons are equipped with grass track watering system but the same tanks are also used for high pressure cleaning tasks. In this case the Mulag MFK500 implement with high pressure spray bar is mounted with 6m outreach to the side. High pressure spray bar is used for cleaning the tram line's passenger platforms and other areas on the track infrastructure. When watering the grass track, a low pressure pump is activated and special spray bars under the wagon frame are activated to water the grass.
