After being stuck at home for several months because of the COVID lockdown, We decided to pack up the house and get out and live our lives, seek adventure, learn new things, introduce the kids to a real-life outdoor classroom, and bring the family together. We are traveling all over America to see with our own eyes and put our hands on the beautiful White Sands, Mount Rushmore, Grand Canyon, Niagara Falls, and countless other breathless wonders that are America. Now, we have been on the road for over three years and still loving it!
Rodeo Days - Bull riding, Bronc riding, longhorns, and Rodeo Clowns!
I hadn't been to a rodeo in a couple of decades. Finally, we had been in the same place and same time and my wife and kids were game to go to the 7th Annual Sethra Casa Rodeo.
Bull riding, Bronc riding, barrel racing (even a 6 year old girl raced), longhorns with a horns that have a span of over 6 feet. The longhorn show was amazing. They were trained to go up on top of their transport trailer - wow!
We met a young man, Ethan Patrick (Ethan Winckler of Winnie, Texas) who is only 18 (19 in August) AND ranked 3rd in the Nation for bull riding. A very polite and humble young man who literally takes the bull by the horns in life. AND, congratulations! He was just made a team member of the Carolina Cowboys just recently in Nashville, Tennessee at the 2024 PBR (Professional Bull Riders) Teams New Rider Draft.
The clowns were hilarious with a competition to see who could win a date with the head clown LOL! Keila went out and joined the others - very funny watching them all stumble around in the "drunk goggles."

광대들은 매우 웃겼다. 누가 수석 광대와 데이트할 수 있을지 경쟁하는 장면에서 LOL! 케일라가 다른 사람들과 함께 참여했다 - "취한 고글"을 쓰고 다들 비틀거리는 모습을 보는 것은 정말 재미있었다.

오랜만에 이곳을 방문했는데 예쁜 따님 Kasie의 생일 파티와 AJ 선생님의 모국 방문 이야기들이 있어서 즐겁게 시청했습니다. 임현정 선생님의 동기분들인 우리나라 문화 예술계에서 맹활약중인 장현성 배우, 장형준 감독님, 김진수 개그맨은 제게도 친숙한 분들입니다. 이 동기분들이 '미국 땅 어디까지 밢아봤니?' 를 홍보해주시니 조만간 베스트셀러 반열에 오를 것이 틀림없습니다. ^^ 뮤지컬 배우 최정원씨, 국민가수 변진섭씨와 재회하신 모습도 보기 좋습니다. 임 선생님이 국내에서 활동을 이어갔다면 이분들처럼 왕성하게 활동하셨을 겁니다. 동생 분이 하시는 DAMDA 에 한번 꼭 가보겠습니다. 대학1학년 시절 부천 석왕사에서의 방귀 사건에 대해 저도 임 선생님의 결백을 100% 믿습니다! ㅎㅎ 그러면 과연 범인이 누구였을까... 영구 미제 사건으로 남아있는 이 사건 ... 그것이 알고 싶다... ㅋ 한국에서 상당 기간 머물다 Idaho Boise 댁으로 돌아가신 것 같은데 따님들과의 반갑게 재회하시는 모습에 저도 기쁘군요. 동영상에 감사드리며 아무쪼록 가족분들 모두 행복한 나날 보내시기 바랍니다. We went to one of the first years of the Renaissance Fair in Shakopee, MN. It was very cool and fun. They still do it every fall.

It's hilarious how when I try to do something like that it goes fantastic the 1st try..... but then I spend another 20 attempts trying to replicate it, failing miserably [as I am trying to think about what I am doing whereas the 1st attempt I didn't think about it, I just followed the steps]. 두달 만에 새 동영상이 올라왔네요. 2천 마일 넘는 장거리를 단기간에 커다란 RV로 이동하는 일이 결코 쉽지않을텐데, 여정을 무사히 마치신것 축하드립니다. 따님들이 할머니 댁에 머무는 동안 모처럼 두분만의 오붓한 시간을 가진것도 의미가 있는것 같습니다. 미국은 광활해서 어행하다보면 온갖 종류의 기상변화를 경험하게되는것 같습니다. 미국에서만 경험할수 있는 축복인것 같습니다. 오랜만에 가족 분들의 건강한 모습에 반갑고 계속해서 무탈한 여행을 이어가시기 기원 드립니다. ^^
네 두어달 동안엔 한국에도 잠시 다녀왔고 로스앤젤레스에도 일땜에 너무 바쁜 일정에 편집을 못했어요 이제부터 길을 떠나면서 조금씩 시간내서 열심히 여행 모습 올리도록 노력하겠습니다~ 이제 곧 추수 감사절이 다가오는데 해피 땡스기빙 되시기를 바랍니다🙏❤️
