Oh my God never again. I literally moved an xp4200 to my office instead of home, do you think the damn printer would work. It kept saying can't connect to my computer yet would print from wifi, scanner couldn't scan again. They updated the whole scanning system that I had to go into system settings on my apple, select other, select scanner, fill in the shape of the scan i wanted, hit scan and wait. EACH PAGE TOOK 3-4 MINUTES TO JUST SCAN. ARE YOU FKKKKING KIDDING ME. WHEREAS BEFORE I COULD LITERALLY HIT SCAN ON MY PRINTER AND IT SCANNED ASAP. I HAD TO RESET ALL FACTORY SETTINGS, DOWNLOAD ALL NEW DRIVERS, STILL DIDN'T WORK, NOW I HAVE DUPLICATES AND I'M JUST PISSED. LAST TIME I AM BUYING AN EPSON. I LITERALLY MOVED FROM HOME TO OFFICE, NOT ACROSS THE WORLD WITH DIFFERENT INTERNET COUNTRY SETTINGS. Impossible. NO one to help. Asked me to register my product again which I had already registered way back when i bought it. Just stupid. COuldn't scan important documents. Kept printing and now I'm out of ink. Literally it's a home printer for a small office. i'm done with epson.

Any support or supplies for these availible?

ET 3850 Epson printer, Epson 502 ink not coming out the bottle to refill tank. No solution anywhere. Shaq, not only me but others are having the same problem with no solution. Help!

total POS, jams every 5 or 6 print jobs, 50-60 pages. Jams were quick and easy to fix, seconds, but now I have a fatal jam. I have removed the jam, but it erroneously says I still have a jam. Since I have no status window on printer, I cannot guide myself through to a factory reset of the printer. I am stuck. Cannot find solutions. It was a cheap printer to use, thousands of jobs over last two years, but this is going in garbage, not worth the time and money to fix it.

When I want to print collated on one side, it prints on the underside of the paper in the tray. However, I want to print on the top side. Isn't there a setting for this?
