I made this and it's totally delicious. You could add a beaten egg to the pudding mix you want it more pudding like. But it's great as it is. It's very elegant and would be great for a dinner party desert.

Instead of three kinds of milk I would rather make some fresh custard with whole milk, eggs and sugar and then add it to the sago and fruit mix.
