The same thing as living in an apartment. Of course Uganda is different, people are weird and do all kinda of stuff like kuloga neighbors etc. But abroad this is the norm.

Monthly direct cost is 600k plus insurance. Monthly only you pay 7.2m per year.in 10 years it's 72millions .if insurance is for year it.adds to 84millions .it's fair. Hoping the rental are tired in for 10 years and insurance otherwise it is expensive venture

There are 120 months in 10 years. And 120months × 1000,000 per month= 120,000,000. Imagine paying 1.2billion for a house of only three bedrooms with no compound. Imagine how many houses you can build with 1.2 billion.
