I especially loved the comment about seeing Gary Black from very early on for the negative influence that he is for Tesla & how he in particular just doesn’t understand Tesla. ( I also see you in regards to hating stalks. Until I can afford to own a Tesla I continue to drive my car via the steering wheel buttons/cruise control & collision alert. What I'm hopeful and afraid of is the next election cycle. There are so many good and bad things that could happen if one or the other wins. I don't like to speculate because my own politics color what I think should or will happen. I just hope the "behind the scenes" stuff steers us toward a positive result. Regardless... Electric cars and robotaxis are the future and Tesla is the clear leader in both. I encourage friends to research non-Tesla EVs, but I still tell them I love my Tesla to pieces. I love your collaborations, your skills dovetail very nicely.

In regard to Robotaxis I am thinking that a non car EV car manufacturer might gain a huge share of that market! How might they do that? Well, by putting the smarts to drive a vehicle in a humanoid robot and not in the car, that's how! There are a number of big advantages in doing that. 1. The bot can drive any car, be it an EV made to be self driven or a old clunker ICE car one step away from the junk yard. And that opens up the players as well in that they just need a bot but don't need to make a car. BTW, I just made and uploaded on my CZcams channel more on this idea and who might be the best "horses" to bet on in be able to do that.

SMR does his research, but he doesn’t have the ground floor customer experience. Tesla insurance is cheaper, but it sucks. I myself switched from Tesla Insurance to another provider because it was so bad. Good luck getting ahold of an agent if you actually need one.

Years back Nissan said 500,000 annual EV production to reach profitability. The first year Tesla showed a profit was the year they first produced 500,000 EVs.

The big thing I worry about is if Elon is removed from tesla we will get people that are more intrested in earnings based on the quarterly reports and no longer any long term thinkng. To many of these types of shareholders destroy companies for their own short term gain. I really hope Elon is making moves behind the scenes to regain a level of control over Tesla.

The people who bought the stock after the all time high are usually the ones that have a negative sentiment towards the pay package. It gets mentioned far too little in these discussions I feel. Many of these people will still vote for the package and they would be silly not to in my opinion to protect their investment. I can understand being frustrated down -40% on an investment but it makes no sense to vote no if you are up 10-11x

I live in America and I have been able to vote my shares ever since I started investing 35 years ago. What I can't understand is why or how other people are not even able to vote their shares particularly in other countries. Can someone explain to me how that's even possible?

Is Elon going to end up with another Twitter purchase when it comes to buying compute resources? Is Elon going to with his mouth end up buying billions of dollars of compute capability that it turns out he doesn’t really need but that he ended up locking himself into the same way that he locked himself into the Twitter purchase at a ridiculous price? Total snake oil! The opening shots showing the Tesla, but moving its hands were faked using animatronics with a person actually controlling the hands. The expert here who says that it will be “easy to replace a person who is doing a manual job easily with a Tesla bot is either totally ignorant about what is really required or purposely lying. Yes, Boston dynamics has demoed very impressive robots that walk and could do certain task, but those are not general purpose robots and we are a long way from general purpose robots. One of the most difficult things to solve will be the power supply for these general purpose robots. That’s something that nobody seems to mention that the power requirements to drive the robots arms and legs, but also to drive its processing Poweris gonna be huge and it’s gonna require recharging extremely frequently unless the robot battery is really big.

I think we need to sell,, I am afraid that Elon’s salary will be voted down. If this happens the stock will drop 10-15 percent quick then will continue to drop in near future.

I try to remember, Tesla was a brilliant project before Elon too. Elon invested and took over but in the beginning, there was no Elon. Either way Tesla is a very good company, my mechanical engineering professor worked there and that gave me insight to what talented engineers are there.

I would stop asking if too risky...Tesla know what they are doing and have shown this time and time again.

QUESTION: I Watched fsd on Chuck Cooks left turn today and One of the comments he made was that the cameras can only see about 80m to the sides, which might not be sufficient when making the a turn with oncoming high speed traffic. Could the car be hardwarelimited and could this be a risk to fsd being solved?

We need to have a much deeper think about FSD and the robots ... At the present time we have a bunch ... bunch of people that make a living driving other people around for a fee. That is their living. What do they (we) do when FSD, AI and robots become ubiquitous? Meditate on that for awhile. How long before you can do a virtual walk down a grocery aisle and be able to do a virtual pick-up an item for inspection, put it in your virtual basket and check-out with the items delivered to your door? The charge goes on you card. Apple is coming out with a watch that can tell if you have Sleep Apnea and need to sleep with an air mask (I do). That kills a full profession in the medical field. I could go on and on. Folks ... the world of our children is about to do a real dramatic revolution. I can't say if that is good or bad.

The big winner would be the US government taxes. Tesla would get 2 billion from Elon but he will have to pay taxes on the difference between the 6 year ago value and the present value.

FSD 12.3.6 ran right over a mattress topper laying on the freeway at 65 MPH. No change in speed or steering. Auto park also failed to recognize a concrete overhang as it backed into a parking structure space and crumpled my spoiler. Still all-in on TSLA.
