BRZ vs BRZ (With Eurobeat) Battle for 1st
To make the race more concise to watch, I've cut up and abridged the raw footage to show the highlights of race 1 and added one of my favorite Eurobeat songs.
The grey BRZ really made me work hard to stay in 1st, he's a really good driver and I fully trusted that we would get back in one piece. It was a good battle and I'm glad I got to experience some side-by-side action on my second ever grid race event.

1st Round of Full Throttle Weekend 2024 (FTW) at Batangas Racing Circuit. Finished 3rd place with a time of 1:56.2 Car: 2013 Subaru BRZ Tires: SportRS Not so proud of the run, please excuse the sloppy driving I was kinda rusty so I didn't get to beat my PB... I still haven't unlocked the full potential of the new suspension setup BUT I am legitimately surprised how well the car moves in corners...

Through sheer luck, the Silvia started having issues in the first runs so it resulted in a OMT (one more time) to give the BRZ another chance in winning. But of course after the Silvia wasn't cutting off at 4krpm the BRZ lost in the end... Cones are where I started too! (and I still go back to every once in a while) 😄 I feel like the experience and practice I got from autocross helped me a lot in my progression on the circuit

Thank you :) The helmet is a "HJC H10" and the gloves are "Shirtstuckedin Driving Force V4" gloves. Not sure about physical stores for both since I bought the helmet used, and the gloves are a gift, but I know you can only get the gloves in their online shop 😁

How does your BRZ shift so beautifully into 2nd? My FRS has so many problems shifting into 2nd… but shifting into other gears… but ESPECIALLY 2nd. I’ve tried different oil, I’ve tried adjusting the metal thing on the shifter. Both helped a little, but not like that. I even got a brand new transmission too… idk
Hello! I'm honestly not too sure how to answer that. But mechanically; for my car, the clutch and transmission is still original from factory. For driving; I try to heel&toe is just right and I don't *force* it too hard into gear when shifting but also use an *even* pressure if that makes sense. Something mechanical you CAN try if you haven't though is I know you can adjust the clutch pedal to make the biting point higher or lower to your liking. Another thing maybe you can do is if you know someone with the same car to rule out if it is an issue with your car specifically (keep finding the issue) or if that's really just how they are (leave it be) 😊 Sorry if I'm not too helpful 😅 I'm sure there's someone on the brz86frs forums who could be more helpful but thank you for your question 🙏
I finally remembered to look at this. I try to double clutch when going down and/or try to give it a little rev before it wants to shift into gear. I’ll keep all those tips in mind. Thanks!

Hello I just used a 2.5 inch fake HKS mushroom filter along with an aluminum adapter for the MAF sensor. It just sounds so agressive because I put the microphone right beside the air filter
