Tolle Bilder und auch Erinnerungen an meine Seefahrtszeit bei der DDR Reederei DSR (Deutsche Seerederei) in den 70er und 80er Jahren.Viele unserer Schiffe waren oft und regelmäßig in Hamburg-Waltershof. Nur schade, dass es davon leider keine Bilder in dem Video gibt. Bei etlichen Schiffen hätte ich mir eine zusätzliche Info gewünscht da die Namen oft schlecht oder nicht zu erkennen waren. Trotzdem vielen Dank an den Macher. 😉👍

I once worked Uganda by HF CW wireless from New Zealand. Also I worked the small cruise liner World Discoverer, who was in the Antarctic waters, south of NZ, when she was in the Bellinghousen Sea.

Sehe mein Schiff die Helga Oldendorff mit der ich 1969 in der Südsee war . Papetee Tahiti , Noumea Neukaledonien und den Fidschi Inseln Hafen Suva lagen zuletzt auf Reede und wurden dort beladen und dann ging es zurück nach England . Das sind schöne Erinnerungen , danke für den Report .

Kiedyś były ładne statki, te rude, to Greckie, tania bandera, lub ZSRR - oni mieli farbę, tylko jak w nocy ukradli gdzieś w porcie. Futer także.

W Szczecinie budowany, Zambrów miał na imię, zaś w Hamburgu miał wypadek. To była ładna seria, ino ciut niestabilna, gdy ktoś pijany, pilnował załadunku.

Iris Queen (4.10) Sailed on that ship as 3rd Engineer in 1975. Spent a wonderful 52 years in the Merchant Navy when ships were manned by well paid crew and not by cheap labour as today.

Thanks for posting,I started in the Spedition business in Liverpool in 1972,and these vessels brought back so many memories, including visits to Hamburg. I recognised the Cardigan Bay,and Tokyo Bay ,as I worked for a period of time with the Overseas Container Line company (OCL).

By gone days of beautiful 🚢 ships,container ships fucked it up.

The Almirante Graça Aranha , a brazilian flag vessel. I joinned that ship in 1971 as second officer, that had been my first joinnnig as officer, good time in my life. Thanks for remember that.
