Miami is very overrated. It’s nothing but a party town wannabe world class city. It’s still not a tech hub despite claims of its rise as such a decade ago. Another is this BS about replacing NYC as the financial hub. If that was true, why after years of relocating its corner suite from Chicago to Miami has Citadel not built one thing in Miami? Also, why does Citadel only have 4 or 5 PMs in Miami with dozens in Chicago (all of whom refused to leave Chicago for Miami) and hundreds in NYC where they are moving forward on a new office tower?

In the 1970’s my friends got married in Golden Beach as the sun was rising then we all went to a brunch. It was simple and beautiful. That’s how I knew about Golden Beach.
