Easy to renovate when you have multiple $5k machines at your disposal. I’d love to have just one of those machines, where I live we can’t even rent them. Buying them used is almost as expensive as buying them new. I have a 40k sq ft cool weather grass yard that needs some mild to moderate renovating, would this guy wanna come over and make a video with me? I’ll give him all the proceeds from CZcams and sponsors!

New comment… hey Ben, great vid. I’ve noticed in you vids you say do a double pass. May be a stupid qu, but do you double the water and product needed, as you are in essence doubling your spraying area. Just bought a ryobi 18v gravity fed sprayer (have a lot of ryobi gear so made sense!) ,having trouble getting my amounts correct when spraying . Have adjusted walking pace and still can’t get it right.HELP PLEASE!

Mate are you going to put those azaleas in and sort the brown stuff in the pond. The Green is mint but it would look super mint with azaleas and pond clear of brown grasses?

Looking good.....can we see the root system again one day..? Even on the Rye too..? The fairway looks a little brown....I believe normal for that grass, but from the UK we don't see that type of grass..! Summer here and my grass is looking awesome thanks to your tips 😀 👌👌👌

wat type of bent grass seed is it

Nice lawn...however my experience with Swardman is horrible. Would never buy one of their products again. If something breaks it takes a very long time to fix it and you have to spend $$$$$$. No thank you. Sold mine.

what variety of grass seeds have you used?

meanwhile my lawn is not sprayed, unirrigated, unfertilised and only leveled if there are bumps / holes and is mowed once a week I don't exhibit any issues with thatch or over compaction. Currently I have let it grow for 2 weeks to let clovers in it bloom and will be mowed in next couple of days when clover flowers start to brown

Bring on some short cut fescue in a relatively shaded area just to add one more thing to the mix 👌
