This case makes me sick. As everyone has said, the real monsters were those worthless garbage "detectives". The lies they told are so despicable that I cannot believe they aren't in prison. It is however, a great example of why you NEVER speak to police without a lawyer, and you NEVER take a polygraph. He made 2 huge mistakes by doing those 2 things. Understandable, especially for someone truly innocent, but mistakes nonetheless. It also makes me sad that Jo turned on him. They were basically family for their whole lives. I'm not blaming her, she was a grieving mother who desperately wanted answers, it's just sad.

That poor housekeeper- the family acted like it was a huge inconvenience to talk to the 911 operator. The mother acted like it was beneath her to talk to a 911 operator, and the son just didn’t care- at all. Truly vile people. And to think I felt bad for the mother after she was murdered.
