No guys you have deal with the balance and or out of pattern. It's not hard to do learn to do it or other parts of your gyro will crack. If your blades have started to shake more then it is likely an out of pattern issue. This is an attempt to cover up what is falsely called 2 per rev.

Regretfully some use flap and teetering interchangeably. Teetering in the semi- ridged rotor to equalize lift in the rotor system but so many use the term flapping for this and it causes great confusion.

Well thought out. I might have used a length of threaded rod between the sawblade and piece to be drilled instead of the taper and slits. It would turn as one unit, both sides; providing that threaded rod was tightened with a nut on the outside of each circular piece.

This shows a standard modern gyroplane POH style takeoff. This is not saying other procedures are not good. For example soft field is used for special reasons. I also teach rotor handling to line up and take off. This is basically a short field style take off that explains what can happen if you get below the powercurve. It also explains correct speeds and how things effect them.

The helicopter folks submit that the action of the blade raising with function of the teeter brings the CG of the blade closer to the mast. Is this also a source of stick shake?

I would say you need to give a try on Cura 4.2. There you can set your custom profiles for different filaments, custom profiles for each item you print, custom quality profiles.

I changed out the nozzle and had to increase the temp to over 210 with the new one.

I made a comment that runway 17L meant left traffic and 35R meant right traffic and that is not actually always the case usually the L or R is used when the airport has several parallel runways to depict the left or right runway in the set. In these cases they might even have a C for a center runway like Dallas Fortworth does.

This is still basically a stock Ender 3 pro unit. I did add some basic fixes, These setting seem to work as a great starting point. Each item i have printed required minor changes. I also made some changes to the printing profile for example rotating the object on the build plate can make a big difference.

After doing more small tweaking I tried some ABS this was very different from the PLA I was using. The temp I used was 230 and 100 for the bed. This was a good start but still needs more tweaking I also did layer at 1.5 this helped fix several issues in the ABS. I am still working on more issues. I also moved the heat sink fan to full on at 45C and the filament cooling fan to about 1/2 speed. I cannot seem to figure out how to turn it on and off with any setting its on fan 1 position but every code i try seems to not work.

I don't own an Autogyro, hopefully someday I will. I noticed in many videos the stick shake. I was wondering why this occurs, even though the rotors are balanced. Furthermore, the stick shake would be very tiresome for long trips, and would cause metal fatigue as well. Has anybody else found a solution to this issue without adding more weight to the craft? I understand that every pound of added weight reduces overall lift capacity.

I changed one of the setting and seemed to get better results on the "set steps per mm" E was changed from 95 to 100 and this seems to have helped with under extrusion. I found that this build is only the beginning. There are two basic ways to start a good print. One is how well do you understand your firmware settings. Next is how the g code is setup with the slicer. If you have great gcode it can overcome a limited firmware setup and vice versa. I did not get into how to setup the small video display menu. I just happened to find code online and used it but its not perfect and i really need to revise mine to get what i really want. I am using a stock machine with a few printed mods. Many other tutorials show builds using other things like a BL touch. This is great however the codes and settings that they use do not directly transfer over to what I did. Also I connected both my coooling fans to my extruded together and full hi on heatup of the extruder. This is probably not the best idea and I will probably correct this so that I can control the lower filament fan for first layed adhesion to the build surface. This might help prevent warp prints that i have been having.
