cool temp slow burn.
Wasn't it a little too windy?
They were doing a "back burn " that requires wind. Used properly wind can keep much of the heat away from desirable foliage. I been doing it for around 65 years.
They lit the fire to actually burn against or into the wind, called a backing fire. The wind actually helped to control the fire.
Microphones need to be utilized by members who are speaking. Most of the members speaking are inaudible which makes a 2-hour+ meeting frustrating for citizens wanting/needing to hear every detail.
