A few seconds to us could be a couple minutes in game so when we get knocked out what seemed to be less than a minute could have been half and hour then we get up and leave to find materials then when we finally make our repair gun we get everything fixed but is that 5 minutes of looking for some iron just 5 minutes or an 1hr also is there than the different leviathans or probably the alien tech thats on the planet isnt jamming our radio signal so thats why it says that every message we received was pre recorded since if they were sent live like a walkie talkie why would it say the message was pre recorded it could have just told us message recieved signal gained some time ago intead of saying pre recorded message if were able to move hundreds of meters in a mater of minutes would it be strange that the person we just received a message from died in the several minutes after the message was posted

Time moves pretty fast so it could be that we are just receiving the signal of the distress that was recorded and sent out as every signal we get says its a PRE RECORDED message meaning they recorded themselves before sending the message not sure how signals work on the planet cause and due to what seems to be slow time could have been fast time since if it took 5 minutes to recieve the message after coming from a couple 100 meyers away from the life pod who says they cant just die in that 5 minutes it takes to hear the message and go to the coordinates. The planet must be very small for long distances to take less time so even though you can get somewhere far pretty quickly doesnt mean you could have saved the same person in that amount of time

Man i was really bummed when i discovered my theory that the white noise triggered a recessive mutant gene in our bodies that when activated with all the radiation one would face such as irradiated drinking water was what began the mirelurks. That vault was crawling with them. And granted i didnt read much of the lore but what little i did read gave serious undertones at least to me that the mirelurks were previously the inhabitants mutated into mirelurks. Kinda like how the dunwich building was with ghouls, vault 92 was with mirelurks. But i was wrong, they just broke in and infested the place

This will always be my favorite game. It means more to me than most people will ever understand. The characters, the city, the stories... it all shows what video games are capable of when a team is dedicated to delivering an experience, and not just another product. Bought it pretty much on release on PC. Even there, on decent spec, it was kinda rough. But the bones were there. Move forward 2-3yrs, and this game is so engrossing. It really is such an impressive game.

I recently started the legendary trilogy for the first time since playing the originals on 360. I spammed through ME1 hoping to get all the essential quests and choices correct for the later games. Now I'm experiencing whiplash with how casualized the second game feels. Making armor cosmetic only (with minor stat buffs) and removing the bajillion "different" weapon and armor types really feels strange after FINALLY buying the elite specter gear before the final mission in the first game. Going from that, to this fable 2 style oversimplified inventory system is actually kind of disappointing. It brings me back to the time when this game was released, when every RPG had to be incredibly dumbed down to appeal to casual gamers.
