Why do you think the video is wrong or fake, please explain?

So I'm surprised to see that low in the ranking for these 2 passports. May I know which poll (or which company conducting the poll) did your video based on? Just curious

You'll find Hong Kong at 15:24. According to Passportindex rankings, it is exactly where it is at the time of the video's release.

Most likely, it means that India ranks exactly where it ranks in terms of the percentage of the population with completed tertiary education to the total population of the country.

Its on % , there are many brilliant indians but thats because of how many indians are there. A country with less population but still have a % higher in education ofc it will be higher than india

Because it's false. I knew it when I saw the place of russia. No OCDE or any other international organization places russia among the top 20 most educated people on earth. This video is done in a crappy room somewhere in Russia. These guys invented the potemkin village.
