maybe the outputs would be at the back and the jack input on the side for a switch pedal that allows access to the editing written on the pads... just a wild guess

Those crate tube amps sound better than most anything you'll find at that price range

I own the same turntable. I bought mine in Toronto back in 1981. The handle for the tonearm lifter broke off several years ago, not from rough use but from constant use. I have a complete diagram showing all the parts but there's no way I could repair it without special tools and a source for parts. Right now it's sitting idle and I'm using my old Sansui turntable.

I still have mine.

I did not come from EBay. The CZcams algorithm brought me here… Hope someone buys your record player!

I owned one of those in the 90's....great amp! WAY underpowered, but good sounds!

I remember those well :) With the help from a few Boss and Ibanez pedals, like the Shrapnel guys; Vinnie Moore, Ritchie Kotzen & Blues Saraceno, you could get some impressive tones out of that stack-in-a-combo beast :)

Great old amp! I've had the 100 watt head since the late eighties. They could've thought the three knobs to control two channels a bit better, but the push/pull boosts on the eq were great! No reverb on mine.

FYI - Chicago Musical Instruments was the company that owned Gibson prior to Norlin.

Great sounding little 5w practice amp! Use to have one, (miss it!) . Very Collectible 100% Model 1 Gibson Amp. They also made a Model 2, same amp with tremelo.

It's not bad for an old 5 watt amp.

Gibson Starfire was my 1st good amp in '77'. My friends older brother had the 200 watt monster w 6 - 10" speakers & built in phase shifter. Awesome amps these old Gibsons.

OMG! I used to have one of these. I got it second hand in 91. Still cost a tom of money. They were $8K new back then. I tried to keep it going but the pumps would fail and finding a pump that didn't make a tom of noise was impossible. When it worked it sounded great. I don't miss it though.

Lovely deck. If there is no sound from a light brush of the stylus, check it is not broken or wired correct. The front of the cartridge should be 90° of the grooves on the record.

I have one of these, very sweet tube receiver, really all you ever need if you have a hi-end reel to reel tape deck and a good set of speakers, I'm using Swans Diva 6.1 via Tascam 32.....

Jensen actually made some good intercom speakers back in the 50’s and 60’s
