I have endometriosis and develop endometriomas a type of cyst that are filled with blood and scar tissue I’m waiting for a op in 2 weeks for excision surgery I’m in the uk. I have it on my bowel also and affects my digestion. It’s a life long condition that can’t be healed but you can do many things to manage symptoms. I hope you feel better soon and get more answers x

So sorry you are having those downtimes. I struggle with cold weathers too. My brain really needs sunshine and enough of it for that matter. I almost thought I was alone. Being an indoors person and a loner, the depressive cycles are not fun at all. Worship music always lifts my spirit up. That plus getting to see what other creative (art) are doing on CZcams and Instagram. Anything that doesn't bring need me to take. Are of other people's needs. I thank God I don't really have trouble sleeping. I hope you feel better.
