Hey friends, 👋
Just to remind us of that there is power in thanksgiving, worshiping/praising God even in the face of battle and difficulties as we are told in 1 Thessalonians 5:18 KJV
“In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.”
Also in Philippians 4:6 AKJV, “Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.”
Things might look challenging, confusing, just like the story of Paul and Silas being thrown into Prison in the Acts 16, reading down to verses 25-26, the mystery and weapon of praise and worship was engaged at midnight and suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one’s bands were loosed..
Same weapon used to bring down the walls of Jericho in Joshua 6:20 KJV
Also in Jonah 1:9-10, Jonah being swallowed by the whale was let out at the instance of worshipping God,
“But I, with shouts of grateful praise,
will sacrifice to you…… And the Lord commanded the fish, and it vomited Jonah onto dry land”…
