I recommend to start the operation by dividing the itsmus first and start the dissection from medial to lateral starting from the posterior plane. No need of digital dissection for exposure and even better you rarely see the carotidean bundle.

I don’t know how this doctor managed to focus do what he was doing and all the time that other doctor trying to undermine him in every way possible I mean it was invasive, and it wasn’t as if he was asking questions. It was more or less trying to critique his method While he’s operating and he should’ve been able to see what size endoscope or that he had without waiting till he gets in there then questioning him got to the point where I wanted to just tell him at least try and be polite you obnoxious .

I’ve had my inferior turbinates cut down. How do I keep this from happening?

My surgeon managed to successfully sever a vocal cord nerve AND to damage my parathyroid glands. He then shouted at me after surgery because I was unable speak. Speech slowly returned after 6 months but my voice wasn't the same and I have constant shortness of breath. I've recently discovered I've had a stroke and getting small seizures. I blame this all on that surgeon's lack of skill. I have many other symptoms too. Heart palpitations and erratic BP.
