      These are not propagated by seed, so that probably isn’t possible.

    Can you please, please, PLEASE do more videos with the history of the plants. It helps understand why they they grow the way they grow and have the needs they have. I'm fascinated by the breeding process of plants. I am even looking for videos on prehistoric vegetation. Now I know I have to move my hibiscus to a sunnier and moist spot. Keep up the great work!

      Find your usda hardiness zone using your zip code. A Google search will get the info for you. I believe all of these are hardy in your zone.

    I have the " like a latte" that's putting on flower show like none other .. In my Sacramento 9b, i do expect them to grow a bit taller.. I look forward to trying the other colors you have, especially the java lava... Can't seem to find them in our green acres nursery or big box store .. my yard is all ☀️, the intense one and your perennials are putting on a show like no other... Thankyou

    I got about 8-9 'Denim and Lace' in my zone 9b, Sacramento area garden and simply love them... They have withstood our 110+ degree heat like a champ!! Great info on how to over winter them .Can you pls cover a side by side walkthrough of the red hot poker plants pls...I love the combination of them planted with the Russian sage... Thankyou so much!!

    Just planted an Allium cernuum and find that I like the nodding form better than the puffball. The foliage leaves a bit to be desired, but I like that it's a native onion and has that very attractive nodding bloom to it. That's just something you don't see in any garden designs because everyone's fixated on these few puffball varities.

      I think just giving them a good layer of winter protection would allow them to be grown in colder zones. When I was a kid, must have been about 12 years old, I grew some crepe myrtle from seed and come late autumn had buried the pots deeply not too far from the cement foundation of the house, come spring they had made it through the winter, now I'm talking zone 3 Canada!

      I am sorry we missed your question. If cut back, plants may rebloom in fall but often the flowers are fewer and smaller!

    This is my second year growing Denim n' Lace Russian sage in Virginia zone 7a and I really like it for all the reasons you mentioned. I first saw it on Laura's Garden Answer channel. I definitely prefer it over the Russian sage species because it's much more compact.

    I’m sorry, but if you really want to test summer plants you should be in a state like Arkansas. You are testing plants in Michigan? A real test of plants would be the triple digit HOT 🥵 and DRY climates of Arkansas or Oklahoma.
