Yes, in Excel, you can hide cell content while still allowing it to be detectable by filters. One way to achieve this is by using the "Custom Views" feature. @@RamzanRajani I have tried that in the past (using custom format as ;;;) but when I try to filter, it ignores the info that is invisible. It doesn't work for me

When it comes to sharing dashboards or visualizations with managers or decision-makers without giving them access you have a few options. *1) Hide the data sheet, and Protect the workbook so that nobody is able to unhide the sheet and check the data.* *Go to Review Tab --> Protect Workbook* 2) Save as PDF (but it will not be interactive) 3) Take Screenshots, and paste it in Excel (again it will not be interactive) 4) File --> Share --> You need to save the file on onedrive and share the link 5) Embed in PowerPoint : If the Excel dashboard is not too large, you can embed it directly into a PowerPoint presentation. For different number of rows, you can convert the data into table mode by pressing ctrl t, and then apply formula on that. I will show in next video
