I can see if we still have the replay to rerecord, but only other onboard view we have is his race view where you just see the nose of the car.

@@zackattack17 JZ, I had to look that up. I always called the kestrel a sparrow hawk as well. Hard to tell if that is a pigeon in that compromised position? Thanks for the note JZ. I have a couple kestrels near my camp. A peregrine came by the other day and kestrels quickly exited stage left. Ha. Ha.

Almost the same body size, the pigeon is completely vulnerable to the hawk. Nature is very unfair.

Currently, the cost of the simulator experience is £25 per person on top of the museum ticket price. Maybe a bit overpriced, but if you're lucky enough to get it as a gift (and your son gets a free go as there was a spare machine) then it's definitely worth it. 😁

Yeah, when there is a mixture of experienced drivers and first timers it can be a pain, but it means plenty of overtakes...😁 Thanks for watching. Re your other comment, you're absolutely right, no overtaking under yellow flags, but he was driving sooo slowly (just like the kid at the 4:00 mark too)...no excuse I know but nothing compared to the two drivers at 8:13 in the video...

Biggest way to tell difference. Kestrels have black eyes, like most falcons. They do not have that bronze pupil.

Sorry about the wait, glad you enjoyed it. 25.2 was good enough to take the 9th qualifying spot in the junior category in the BIKC last year, and assuming they all enter next year there's a good chance they'll all be quicker, so a time in the 24s I would say is a definite requirement. That's assuming you'd be racing in the junior category, 12-16yr old! Isaac got his personal best in the final of 24.3 which was good enough for 4th to take him through to the regional final

Well Isaac started just with arrive & drive indoor karting first, this is a cheap way to begin and learn the basics. When you want your own kart we were like you and a bit in the dark, but after meeting some like minded members at Teamsport we were introduced to a team based in Sheffield where we had some test days and eventually bought a kart from. A used kart will set you back anywhere from £2500 upwards. Running costs Inc tyres/fuel/track fees will probably be upwards of £100 per day if you do it on your own, or over£200 if with a team. If you referring to the Hamilton comment of becoming 8 times world champion you could argue that he should have, but we won't start an argument on here...😁 We think either of them deserved the crown over the season, but Hamilton should have won Abu Dhabi and therefore his 8th title!
