Being stainless steel, you’re killing those coils heating them up so hard. You shouldn’t dry fire stainless steel above 25 watts and when they turn brown like that they’re not good. Just trying to help you out with getting a better vape off of your stainless and protecting yourself. They should be blue/purple/gold when first breaking them in. They’ll change and degrade EVERYTIME you dry fire and re wick. Stainless has the best flavor, but they go bad faster than say NI80.

thank you so much for the details that no one ever covers!!! even most retailers don't bother giving length, only width 7 or 8 mm. I had to find out I had the wrong length spacer after a year of popping my spacers in every 30 minutes of skating.
