If I have few pus cells such as 1 - 3/hpf but with heavy growth of Staphylococcus Spp or enterococcus spp which can both be Normal flora, how do I report this. Because even my gram stain will show SEC covered with bacteria. Secondly, if my gram shows Clue cells, but the culture yielded no bacterial growth, please how do I report this

Hi sir I prepared 1M EDTA many times but it takes more time to dissolve some times I added more naoh pellets it results to ph increase like 8.9 in our lab they won't allow us to add HCl to reduce the pH for EDTA .so give me some idea to dissolve it faster at the same time oh should be in proper 8 or 8.2
