question: I work with two switches, one for min and the other for max water tanks. Is it normal for both switches with weights to float, i.e. the min does not sink?
As per my understanding you would want to turn on the supply when the min level switch sinks and turn off the supply when the max level switch floats.

What is the most reliable type of MAC3 float switch for rain water with possible dirt and possibly dead rodents? I need something to protect high value stuff from flood as backup sensor for pumps. Second sensor will be microwave sensor type from Vega.

Никак! Просто не покупай больше это говно. На нескольких обьектах в течение месяца поставили таких штук 10. Запуск производился позднее. Из 10 ни один не работал на пуск воды. Даже в презентации на этом видео не показыааю момент срабатывания клапана, просто он у них не срабатывает

NPT is an abbreviation for National Pipe Thread. It is an American standard where the suffix determines whether it is a straight or conical thread. For example, NPT, National Pipe Tapered which is conical and seals in the threads. NPS, National Pipe Straight is straight and seals with washer or similar.
