Name the so call African countries please? Ghana has the following resources Gold, diamond, salt, manganese, bauxite, silver, crude oil, timber, cocoa, rivers, rocks, wildlife, all kinds of food stuffs, good sunlight, and water for electricity production. Which country in the world can compare to Ghana
Ghanaians are suffering because we are still doing things like under chieftancy rule where no planning is required. Under chieftancy rule where very few people work for the chief,everyone work on his farm to produce his own food for his family. Today we have a significant portion of Ghanaians working for the government and in service industry,they don’t produce their own food. Yet since independence no government sees the value to go to nationwide mechanized agriculture,so that farmers can produce enough food for themselves and those in service industry who don’t produce their own food. Nkrumah neglected to formalize the economy to ensure transparency,he was lucky to have enough resources and he arrogantly embarked on gargantuan spending spree with no coherent strategies to replenish outlays from inherited assets. Instead of providing cocoa farmers and workers with clean drinking water and electricity,he rather invested in building a whole new city from scratch,building estate for government officials. How many Ghanaians were traveling abroad in the sixties to invest in national airline,instead of providing Ghanaians with good roads and etc?
