Any solution??
Apparently there is a kit from BMW to change the whole bottom tray and the white plastic bushings, but I didn't do it. Temporary fix, if you tilt the seat bottom so that it's more angled upwards, it tightens the bar against the bushings and you don't feel the seat moving around as much.
