My xiangling deals more damage. I don’t even want to play Dehya. I want to play Klee. Her best team has xiangling. I want to play raiden, childe. They both want xiangling. She grabs me by the throat. I fish for her. I cook for her. I give her the catch. She isn't satisfied. I pull engulfing lightning. "I don't need this much er" She tells me. "Give me more field time." She grabs bennett and forces him to throw himself off enemies. "You just need to funnel me more. I can deal more damage with homa." I can't pull for homa, I don't have enough primogems. She grabs my credit card. It declines. "Guess this is the end." She grabs gouba. She says "Gouba, get them." There is no hint of sadness in his eyes. Nothing but pure, no icd pyro application. hi, I only play genshin like 3 days I got her for my first time new char, what stats/buff affect her burst ? for example : does weapon atk, atk stats affect her burst damage ? If I have sucrose with 4 instructor set that gives 120 EM after elemental reaction and that book weapon that gives 40% atk after switching, will all of her buff affect Xiang Ling Burst ?
yes! they will :)
Yes, her Pyronado is ATK scaling, and could take DMG% buffs. That means that ATK% secondary stats, the 48% ATK buff from Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers, and the EM buff could be all stacked and snapshotted by Xiangling. Note that EM would only buffs reactions (vaporise/melt/overload) Also, if you use the Emblem of Severed Fate set, she also scales off Energy Recharge% as the 4 piece set bonus gives more burst damage if you have more recharge
Two reasons 1. Snapshot 2. No ICD
Yea basically
Hi, just some slight corrections from the stuff I got wrong in the video 1. (credits to @axezero9334 for pointing that out) Xiangling is mainly just an off-field DPS, where she could be main/sub DPS depending on the team composition. If yall found more stuff that I got wrong, feel free to tell me in the comments
I get what you mean when saying she would be a sub dps but she is not. She is an off field dps for sure but not "sub". Sub means e.g. below and thus gets the wrong idea accros. I don't to be the "uhm actually" guy here but it can confuse newer players especially. After all in, let's say international, she is the one doing the most damage while childe, the on field dps, is the sub dps because his damage is lower than hers.
Otherwise, great video and explanation though
That is indeed a valid point. Well she is does great off field damage, I don’t think we should limit her to teams that only deal melt/vaporise damage, in cases such as mono pyro or overload with Chevreuse she is actually a sub dps. Other than that, you’re absolutely correct on that and thanks for pointing out my mistake.
@@12946 Ah okay. Didn't think about teams like with Chevreuse. But in Ganyu teams she is also just a sub dps. That's why off and on field dps are easier terms
@@axezero9334 You’re right, I guess I’ll correct that and put it in the pinned comment to avoid confusion

i got confused at the EM part and the part you said it doesnt depend on crit or electro dmg... how much exactly should i value atk and EM while building keqing? and btw who should have more EM, keqing or fischl? hear me out about this too: im thinking of the following team: fischl with gilded dreams, focused on EM and atk yae miko with golden troupe that has absolutely NO EM substats (yes, none and i know its not ideal) but has good ATK values either nahida with deepwood and kirara with 4pc tenacity (mixing HP and EM on the stats so she can cause some reactions while also having a strong shield since yae needs) OR nahida with 4pc gilded dreams and kirara with deepwood instead what do u think of this team?
i dont gave sucrose or kazuha and dont feel like building any anemo character either
What I meant was 1) The damage bonus is added onto the base DMG, and is purely from character level and EM, which means that you won't get more base DMG even if you have 500% CRIT 2) The relevance of crit stats is that the whole buffed base DMG could crit and is affected by DMG Bonus% e.g. Your keqing or whatever character originally did 6k without critting and DMG buffs, (i.e. the damage at base), and with aggravate you deal 9k. The 3k extra is NOT affected by crit and dmg bonus. However, if you crit and have electro bonus%, say 100% CD and 60% DMG Bonus, you'll treat the 9k as base damage and multiply these numbers up For a concrete number to refer to, I'd recommend 150-200 EM, which means you'll need either EM weapon/sands. (Or if you're lucky enough to hit enough EM rolls on the other 4 pieces)
About the team you suggested (Kirara/Fischl/Yae/Nahida), I'd say its perfectly fine but you're confined to use Nahida as an on-field driver. Also, the tenacity 4pc buff only lasts for 3 seconds so I'd recommend Kirara using 4 deepwood if your nahida deals good damage. The only way to actually utilise 4pc tenacity is to instantly snapshot it with fischl but you'd have to make sure you don't mess that up. Nahida still could use 4pc Gilded and will gain 180 (80 from 2pc, 50x2 from 4pc). This could allow her to invest in either dendro goblet or crit rate circlet.

How come you didn't show Furina build? I also find it funny how Chev isn't even fully built, and yet she's still viable as an integral character in Raiden Overload
I somehow forgot to add that as I recorded the two teams seperately. I'll give an update in the pinned comment soon
@@12946 Thanks!
Also, about Chevreuse being not fully built, it was kind of my point to prove that she was viable at minimal investments, without even proper 4 Tenacity and her goblet is still +8. Being able to clear abyss with her means that she probably deserves the proper build
very f2p 👏👏👏
Honestly Keqing Chevreuse??
Which is better for Keqing Team Aggravate Or Electro Charged?
Sorry for replying late, yt flagged your comment for no reason Well in general, I would say that keqing aggravate is better as building EM on aggravate benefits more than electro charged as aggravate buffs her NA, E and Q, while taser (electro-charge) keqing could only make use of EM in electro charged, which undermines her own personal damage. It is recommended to play taser with a high EM anemo character triggering electro charged
@@12946It's okay, friend, I'm just grateful that you replied, But Balancing Em, Is It Necessary To Use 4 Gilded Dream Sets, But With Cr Cdm Stats, That's So Stats Can Cr, cdm, or Em be fulfilled?
Well as EM gets less valuable the more you have, and 4pc gilded already gives 80 EM + 100 EM + 14% ATK in aggravate teams, you could go ATK% sands to balance out the stats. However, crit is still strictly better
Hi guys Had to slightly slack off because I got sick and slept for a few days Hope I could keep schedule up in next month (exams) Wish yall happy Christmas and new year
i did this with venti like a week ago and i aint regrettin nothin
Good for you :)
IMPORTANT NOTE Alright I apparently missed something in the vid 1. Use Jean Q AFTER Furina Q. Please make sure you do this before messing up the whole rotation 2. Yes you in theory could do a mono hydro with 2 anemo, but the second anemo character couldn’t do much (VV shred is already done by Jean, buff is already from Furina). Therefore it is simply not worth it.
I like the sunfire team Bad for hyperbloom teams me thinks, but good for aggravate and spread for mono dmg bonus Kazuha is really only better for exploration, national and cc, but besides that Furina + Jean is awesome
It is indeed true that Jean is not that useful in hyperbloom as the reaction itself cannot be buffed by Furina and Jean couldn’t shred dendro RES. However Jean Furina is still versatile and could be used in many comps :)
@@12946 You think Sayu is a good replacement for Jean? I don't have Jean unfortunately I still have misgivings abt reactions but I agree. I like that they both can fit into my Eula team, though Jean will probably have to run a different set for healing or recharge
Yes sayu is basically a mini Jean and she totally works in a furina team. However, in Eula teams, it is often better to run Bennett, Mika and Raiden to get good damage. Jean would work as a healer and Furina could still buff but the Physical DMG% on Eula is so high (typically over 80%) that you will get diminishing returns and a Eula Raiden team will be best to get high damage from both Eula and Raiden and have Raiden battery Eula. I don’t have Eula so this is purely speculation. However I could confirm with good confidence that Sayu (preferably C6) could substitute for Jean in most cases
@@12946 Thanks
@@randyrandom3358Actually, now that I think in more details, Eula Furina (Hyperbloom)Raiden/Kuki DMC/Nahida would work as a team that functions well. Again, I don’t have Eula so this is purely speculation but I think I missed this so here’s this
The problem with sucrose is that: In alot of cases, she will hands down refuse to pick up elements. If she doss pick up elements then it's ALWAYS the wrong one more than not. Inconsistencies with her burst in general. And i mean where it will flat out not even pick up ANY ELEMENT till the very end and not beginning. Will refuse to drag in alot of enemies more than 2 inches away from her E skills aoe. Ttds is not worth the hassle to use nor makes up for how she feels like a beta test kazuha who's still unpolished. All ttds does is make tight rotations even more hellish... Lynette, not only is she free but can get 2 E presses at c4 and ia a mini yelan for it. Doesnt try to be a kazuha/venti/sucrose. Doesn't need to. Her burst will INSTANTLY pick up elements the moment it touches the enemies. Taunts the enemies during the entire duration of the skill. Can have really damn good uptime with enough ER% but not as much if you do only tap E or hold it in some cases based on cons. Want weapons? Freedom sworn is BETTER than TTDS and doesn't need to be a panic swap based on how quickly you switch out the character [god forbid you fuck up with ttds its even worse.] And guess who can use freedom sworn? All sucrose does in the end is gice EM but all the Inconsistencies she has is NOT worth it at all. If you so badly need a sucrose, get kazuha or venti. I will much rather use them over sucrose. And tbh, lynette's priority is better. It feels horrible when trying to use sucrose and sometimes kazuha because The priority is pyro > hydro > electro > cryo unlike lynette who is cryo > pyro > hydro > electro. Meaning she actually prioritizes freeze unlike others who put cryo dead last. Tbh i find myself using venti and lynette more than kazuha and i don't plan to build my sucrose after constantly trying to give her a chance. In some teams i will use kazuha but in the end venti and lynette just feel better.
(I'm sorry I have terrible grammar) Actually I kinda agree with the most part but I think for most players a C1 Sucrose (for 2 charges) is more accessible than C4 Lynette, and that TTDS is a significantly less rare than a freedom sworn. Also, a lot of Sucrose's advantage over Lynette comes from the easy access to applying anemo to swirl thanks to her being a catalyst character, therefore able to drive reactions on field in some teams such as taser and aggravate. Also, as transformative reaction teams (bloom/hyperbloom/burgeon) being the new meta, which is also easily accessible by all players, even relatively newer ones. The EM buff on sucrose is then significantly more useful than Lynette's attack buff as for 99% of players its the hyperbloom/whatever reaction dealing the most damage. Also, as there is an increasing trend of the number of boss characters in the harder floors, the grouping effect is often negligible and the buffs is where the value of Sucrose truly shines, which the whole point is to get the most out of f2p-friendly weapons/constellations choices. However, I would have to agree on Lynette being better on freeze teams or mono elemental teams as basically no one could utilize the EM buff more >90% of the cases and having more room for error, also her longer Q uptime is also a contributing factor if anyone wants to consider her.
Thanks for this!
No problem!

This might be a huge insult to a Keqing Main of great renown such as you fine sir, but with this comp; should I run my Raiden ER build or Thundering Fury with EM instead?
Well first I don’t consider myself renowned because I’m still a nobody, but I’ll still answer your question anyway. In almost all cases, using Raiden ER is strictly better than Thundering Fury EM build because of how high her scalings on ATK and ER (A4 passive I believe). Using aggravate raiden will not benifit that much as the aggravate bonus you get is much less than you get if you invest in ER.
@@12946 Thank you :D Do you also know how to calc Aggravate and Hyperbloom? I'm trying to learn it as of now but idk what sources to go to
I would recommend the wiki page for damage calculation but here is a brief summary Hyperbloom is a transformative reaction (doesn’t use ATK/CRIT) and is fully dependent on character level and EM. Character level acts a base damage for hyperbloom (4340 at level 90 I think) and multipled by a factor of (1 + 16*EM/(EM+2000)). This damage is affected by enemy RES On the other hand, aggravate adds a damage bonus onto the damage you’re dealing. The damage bonus is given by 1.15*Level multiplier*(5*EM/(EM+1200)), where level multiplier is another factor based on character level (1.4k at Lv90 I think) and the aggravate damage (base + bonus) could crit. Hope this helps
@@12946 This really REALLY helps!! Thank you so much!!! :D
Still little bit confused about Furina kits, Fanfare effect increase Character DMG During Healing or Increase DMG during HP Up and Down ?
Sorry for not making this clear. Furina increases party member’s incoming healing bonus % and DMG% when any party member’s HP increase or decrease, in her burst duration. That means if you use burst on furina first and then Noelle E NA, you’ll get a lot of DMG% from Furina as Noelle heals when Norma attacking and healing increase Fanfare (which is damage% and healing bonus%)
Simple and easy to understand... Nice
thanks!!!
Good luck on your pulls guys!! Ok so I couldn’t make a vid I have tests 😢 Should I make a furina or beidou guide lmao

Eh I’d say both have similar usages and that’s why I compared them
@@12946 I see, you don't know shit then😂
Then would you enlighten me on why the comparison is inappropiate?
@@12946 it's literally in my comment, read
@@QQQQ51111 I meant what comparison I should do instead of Sucrose and Lynette
Man i want sucrose soo bad. I really need both her and Bennet Iam now ar 49 and still didn't get them I need them soo bad so i could play wriosethley in his best f2p team.
I guess Lynette or another cryo battery still works, but still I wish you luck on getting your sucrose soon
Dude i am at AR 56 still no sucrose 😂
In wriothesley's team just use Lynette. She prioritizes cryo where as other anemo prioritize cryo LAST
Try it out in teams that don't do elemental reactions. Like mono pyro teams. Sucrose is better in a team that needs em, but if they don't, the more dmg from Lynnette might be better.
(Please take with a grain of salt) That might be true, but just the fact that sucrose could use TTDS could make them equal in strength. I did not cover mono elemental teams because they are inferior in popularity than vape, melt and aggravate as they are used more commonly. Lastly, mono element teams might decrease Lynette’s value as she buffs ATK according to the number of elements in a team. Lynette is still a valid option, but honestly sucrose is a top tier 4 star which other 4 stars show difficulty competing with the versatility of sucrose. Maybe I’ll go do some calculations with a mono pyro team with Bennett and Xiangling to further prove my point as this is still my speculations.
@@12946 not mono mono per say. I meant more like Lyney/Bennet/Zhongli/Lynette. A team that doesn't use elemental reactions.
I guess that could work but I simply don’t see the reason to use Lynette over Sucrose except of personal preference as only one party member requires the ATK buff and TTDS simply is more powerful. That being said, maybe the high scalings on Lynette’s skill might fill in the DPS loss from the 20-30% loss ATK buff to DPS unit
Same question I wanna use ayaya freeze team which doesnt use reaction
@@jimmmi7655 I’m assuming you mean teams without amplifying reactions. Both sucrose and Lynette works, just remember that Lynette buffs the whole team while sucrose could use TTDS to buff Ayaka only. The buffing effect will depend on if you have sub-DPS like Kaeya/Rosaria, but for shield/heal characters you could use Sucrose. Shenhe is a unique case as she uses ATK. Therefore Lynette could balance out the buffs to Ayaka and Shenhe.
Can you make content about quick swap teams?
Sure I’ll consider it
The background footage does not matter.
Me resisting the urge to say benefischl
I have C0 sucrose and C4 linette… In my opinion, Linette does decent damage and generates a lot of ER but only with constellations…. I dont know which one to fully develop yet… also thinking about Jean to use with Neuvillete
Lynette and sucrose are similar in strength for a neuvillete team because he scales of HP and both can’t really buff that. However, the supports could be buffed to deal slightly more off-field damage. If you want more reaction damage use sucrose but if you want just raw damage use Lynette (with higher burst taunting uptime) Jean could also work as VV shredder but a shielder + sucrose could get the work done unless you are using two offensive supports (need healing from Jean)
If you don't have kazuha You should sucrose asap Cuz she is really the second best anemo buffer. She could be better than kazuha(when she is c6) In some cases.
At C6 Sucrose is definitely better but before that its kinda negligible depending on the team you wish to run, I prefer Lynette in my aggrevate team as she can uphold the VV shred long enough to keep Keqing on field and since I use Yaoyao and Oz (Fischl) I dont need to spend extra time on Lynette and can get more dps off that way. Lastly its probably just a skill issue but my sucrose ult doesnt last long nor swirl let alone get infused by my teams so i find Lynette a lot more useable and Versatile than Sucrose.
@@silenthunder23t It is true that Lynette has higher burst uptime, which could allow some mistakes to not effect the rotations. I would also like to point out that the cryo priority of Lynette’s Q infusion would allow melt teams to work better, but a downside is that Lynette has a harder time preforming double swirls with Xiangling which could be achieved with Guoba, but this is kinda niche so I’ll leave it there. Lastly, Sucrose as an anemo catalyst which could facilitate a lot of reactions, which Lynette has a hard time achieving without C6.

Even before dendro came, fischl was my favorite support especially in taser comps(+overload)
I literally got her a few patches ago only…. :(
what will have more damage output 2pc electro 2 pc em or 4 pc TF. Please can anyone explain?
4pc TF is generally the recommended set because it allows you to use skill in shorter CD, which adds up to more damage than 2pc TF 2pc ATK/EM. Also 20% aggravate bonus on 4pc TF is more valuable the more EM you have, (roughly equal to 50 + 49x/576 + 25x^2/663552 extra EM at x EM, but that does not matter) so I would say 4pc TF is the best set for aggravate keqing
Team rotation graphic is pretty slick
Damn thanks
Just don’t get hit smh
3:36, perfectly explained , thanks a lot!!!
Glad it helped! Thanks for the positive feedback
I was pulling for Fischl and Xingqiu but I got lucky and got a super early 5 star. Even luckier that I lost 50/50 and got her so Im guaranteed raiden for when she comes back. My question is if Keqing works on a team with Raiden?
Short answer: it depends how you use raiden, generally not recommended as their playstyles are largely different, but not completely trash Long answer: (please take with a grain of salt) Keqing is a character that relies on supports a LOT, so using a team slot for another DPS will generally not be worth it as you could insert in another support such as nahida, DMC or kazuha. However, if your raiden is good enough to fill in the DPS without affecting rotation (i.e. enough recharge and good synergy), you could opt to put keqing and raiden in the same team. Also, keqing works best in aggravate teams, where raiden shogun performs fairly mediocre. I am not saying that you could not play aggravate raiden, but teams like raiden national might prove to be better in terms of DPS. Finally, play what you want to play, please dont feel forced by a random person that makes trash videos. Feel free to tell me what I haven't explained enough
I am very sane.
How much EM i should have on my keqing
Short answer: it depends Long answer: If you are using sucrose/nahida, you will get a lot of EM from their passives so you don’t need a lot, as EM is a stat with actual diminishing returns and using EM artifacts/weapons will provide progressively less value if you have more EM. For an amount to stick with, I would suggest 75-150 EM with two EM buffers and around 150-250 with only one EM buffer.
@@12946hey I just saw this and I jist finished building my Keqing. I am running R3 wolf fang (will go to R5) with atk% sand. Now would it be better to keep looking for an EM sand and/or replace weapon with R5 iron sting and keep the atk% sand? Team comp: Keqing, Baizhu, Fischl, Kazuha/Sucrose.
Sorry for the late reply and I'll try to answer your question. The whole point of choosing ATK%/EM sands is to avoid having too much of ATK or EM (otherwise known as diminishing returns), so if you are using Sucrose, which gives EM, using EM sands will waste its potential as you will get less damage bonus for each point of EM the higher EM you have (200 is generally the comfort zone), therefore using ATK% sands with sucrose is best. However, kazuha doesn't buff EM before C2. Therefore using an EM sands is perfectly fine, but note that ATK% is not that much worse, assuming similar substats. I think you will be much better with just using the ATK% sands you have and you could free up the resin for other characters (please don't grind TF that much, been there)
@@12946 hey thanks a lot! Now Im thinking of pulling the mistsplitter not just for keqing but maybe for other sword dps. When I did the calculator, for some reason r5 wolfang does more damage than mistplitter. Is this correct? What do you think?
@@kendrixmegino9576 Well this honestly depends on the playstyle and the artifacts, as you might want to reserve wolfang if you have inconsistent crits, but if you have enough crit rate (60-70) misplitter probably still beats r5 as normal attack damage is still a huge portion of her damage, whereas the wolfang only buffs E and Q when misplitter gives DMG% in general. I’d say the wolfang is completely fine as it has +27.6% CR on NAs and +43.6% CR on E and Q max stacks, which could allow more investment on crit damage or ATK and EM, as the weapon banner is kinda a scam sometimes. At last, please note that this is purely speculation and in the sleep deprived state that I’m in right now, this should be merely taken as advice. I will try to give some form of calculation later. Please feel free to spend your primos on anything.
