How are the gains with this in comparison to the single intercooler?
I am not sure the exact numbers. I would search Forge Twitter cooler numbers. It will be in regards to repetitive runs and intake temps. May be worth a message direct to Forge.
Do you need drain coolant out or boost pipes don't leak
Boost pipes contain air. No worries about leaks.
Hi can you give me your thoughts on this intercooler vs APR intercooler?
Ghislain Pitre I haven’t installed an APR and this was performed on a friends vehicle. He did notice significant improvement with air temps and performance.
How will the stock IC work if there’s no hoses connected to it after the fmic install

Chris K yes. Purpose of the twintercooler is to utilize the stock IC and the Forge

No, use in conjunction with the OEM intercooler.
Why the hell would you get that intercooler over a omg fit intercooler like , apr or unitronic ? To add weight to the car?

Nice video, thanks. Did you notice any rise of coolant temperature or oil? As the new intercooler consumes some of the cooling air.
It showed lower air and engine temps. Granted this was two years ago, but I have noticed more of a temp change and response with the use of a turbo blanket, with regards to temps.

Not necessarily power or responsiveness, but lower intake and engine temps. That will allow you to have more consistent power, pull after pull.
