The world is a tough place, and not everyone is gonna bend over backwards to accommodate your delicate needs. My advice is to suck it up and remember that the world doesnt revolve around you. Instead of spending 2 hours bitching and complaining about how your COLLEGE professors won't cater to your every need, maybe use that time to study. They have hundreds of students every semester, so maybe they don't have time for all your nonsense. I hope you get your life in order, and sorry to hear about this injury, but I would reccomend you put on your big boy pants, stop blaming everyone else and start taking a little responsability for your own actions. Get a tutor, get a study buddy or do some independant research. You have all these hours to make and edit CZcams videos, then you have plenty of time to do your work. Grow up, and stop blaming your professors for your issues. Sorry to say, but it sounds like the problem is you.... Food for thought!!

Josue, so sorry for what is/was both an unfair and horrible experience you've had, was heart wrenching to hear about what you've gone through, in both this life and the challenges you've faced to get ahead and dream on. Wishing you success, and I firmly believe you'll find what you're searching for in the near future given your strong convictions and perseverance to do what you want and need to do for acceptance and personal growth. You seem very strong, determined and capable, and clearly have an awesome soul. You touched mine, and tears were shed with you.
Artemis you are protected You deserve to be free of all abuse, Sexual, Race, Violence, whatever it may be. It is critical that we ALL be Aware of our own Bias' and that we are slow to form opinions and quick to understand others from where they are. It is difficult to do as you can imagine first hand from your own experiences and the way that you have been punished for Standing up for your rights to be free of "weaponized narrative control"
You appear like you're on an excess amount of Xanax. I would have contacted an attorney prior to embarking on this by yourself. You're coming across like a troublemaker you should have handled this differently if your true intention was to right a wrong. Good luck with your journey. The real world is a lot tougher than the buffered version you're in right now.
Artemis, Two questions arise. (1) Who is Devon Bibbey and how does this person's issue appear to relate to yours? (2) Were you ever given a protocol/procedure for "these hearings"? Was stenographer present to fully record the questions, answers and evidence presented at these so-called "hearings"? Were you advised of your right to have an attorney represent you and provide counsel prior to, during and appeal rights?
HI Robert. Thanks for these questions. Devon Bibby was a friend of mine, my first year. Nonetheless, to say, she proved not be my friend. I thought she could relate to me, since she also experienced horrible sexual harassment from a professor, but she didn't feel the same way as me. As for your second question, I was not given the opportunity to have an attorney present in the hearings nor given proper accommodations for my learning disability. Devon was among one of my friends who took psychology 101 (first semester of college) with me and she performed well on the examinations. Despite my attempts to encourage her to major in psychology with me, with her being a journalism major, she said she didn’t want to end up working at McDonalds with a psychology degree. In fact, she switched her major to computer science solely because of the pay. Going into my third year and she dropped out of college. She wasn’t getting good grades. She was also facing the biggest barrier to higher education which was money. At the end of the day, I’ve drawn comfort in encouraging her to pursue happiness and to dispel myths of psychology.
@@JosueArtemisMoranNunez Thank you for explaining further about Devon. Did an RA check out your room/apartment at SU before you turned in your key? TheRA has checklist that is ticked off. Passing that, you get your Dorm/apartment deposit back which can be $300 to $750 back depending on SU's Dorm deposit requirements.
It's painful to watch 2-hour long video about this kind of topic. I am not sure what you try to achieve by sharing and reading the documents on CZcams or showing your LinkedIn profile, I have to agree with others, please get a lawyer to over turn the case.

Artemis, You need to contact a legal aid attorney. The SU Student Affairs people sandbagged you. The were on notice that you came under ADA guidelines as well as Title IX. You had an IEP on file with Student Affairs prior to their version of the INCIDENT which certain staffers blew out of proportion. You also appear to have been coerced into writing two apologies and for what purpose? Plus some other meaningless nonsense that is akin to double secret probation. Did you ever receive a transcript of any of those two or three hearings that were held? These suggestions give you some idea as to why you need to consult with a Legal Aid attorney. Frankly, I think your civil rights were violated. Do consult an attorney. Bring all of your documentation to that meeting. Be strong Artemis.
