you know how hogwarts legacy had their controls, like with the spell, imagine that with a pokemon game, four buttons for Four Moves. for example, you have to press L! to bring out the four moves, but without L1 it would be basic moves, like jumping and dodging, lock-in to your opponent with r3. We worked really hard on it and had a lot of ideas but in the end development was too much so we handed it off. Curious to see where the new team takes the project.

I played this beautiful game 6 years ago to the end of the first episode, finished every sidequest and maxed out the levels. I remember a bug that made the player fight a Kyogre in a sidequest Was upset that the game was seemingly abandoned until I saw the top programmer's comment on this video So thanks for bringing the hype for a new Phoenix Rising. I can't wait

After watching the gameplay, my major gripe right now is the nighttime graphics. They seem to have just dimmed the whole screen instead of using a proper nighttime pallet, making the visuals very difficult to look at and hard to see. It just looks bad.

Is it possible to play this on mobile? (and how?)

its nice, but the super complicated keyboard is bugging me. Its so hard to remember what all the thousand keys do. Definetly not as simple as it is in the original games.

This is really cool. Although being able to control your Pokemon in battle is kind of OP. I think some Digimon games do a better job of representing what a Pokemon battle is actually like where you stand on the sidelines shouting commands and your partner acts autonomously, using learned moves and obeying commands based on how disciplined and intelligent you've raised them to be.

If this this game had the Rogue aspect that PokeRogue has, i would play it for a looong time, but thanks for shining light on it with this video, as i would never imagine something like that existed!

Great video! This definitely convinced me to try it out, but from my first hour of experiencing the game, there's quite a lot that isn't translated that really turns me off. Hell, even some parts of the menu was untranslated. Maybe I downloaded the wrong version?
