hi no offence but someone having 50 percentile or 60 in cat does not mean he cant be in top students. there are many factors which lead to less marks and percentile doesnt justify the performance of a student in future academics and people from reserved category were not served the facilities general students get,their parents still suffer alot, so dont justify them in low IQ and low in performances.
