Nice PB! Early Dugs are always a good sign for Squirtle. Plenty of room for sub hour. Just one bit of routing where you go fight, water, fight, water club, have you thought about trying to stick Amanda first with hitmonchan, removes some travelling time (maybe around 15s haha) but also gives free resets if she holds you back too much

Love the game but hate the run with the resets. Reseting the game to take back a move sure seems like a glitch to me lol.

Always remember playing this going to school and after while growing up. I loved it to death. Crazy to see how a game that took me hours and hours to complete defeated in an hour! I hope this makes it to a real GDQ! the deck was not what I expected but sorta close to what I had considered!

sick run yo! some tips: - If you have some off color energy (not DCE) in the Magnemite deck and play it first, it guarantees Ronald will never play energy removal - whenever a gym leader battle starts and you audibly groan at the situation, just soft reset. the earlier in the battle it is, the more it pays off. I'm super bad at this myself - send in Hitmonchan right away and Murray will feel compelled to switch in Mime and Abra even if they don't have energy and even if they'll die in one hit. Leading diglett is safe but use the free retreat when the situation calls for it - practice Murray, like, make a save state and time your average battle time, and you'll quickly get the experience / reset discipline to stay under 2.5 minutes every time - a fast suboptimal decision is not usually worse than a slow correct decision - re: staring at your hand and stuff anyway you are legit gonna get sub hour like, tomorrow. any day now. just gotta get cleaner at a couple fights and wait for everything to line up.
