I love the budget grocery shops! For walmart I use the app/ not walmart plus the free one to track my own groceries and spending, and to look up product prices or specific ingredients.

Crunchmaster crackers are gluten free and delicious. I usually get at Costco and reasonably priced. I've also found at Food lion. Glad you're able to stay on budget with Gluten Free foods and economy. I'm trying really hard to do better on budget so don't go over this month but our budget for two is $300 a month and $100 Costco stockup.

I have a weekbudget to for me alone and it is a motevation to try stay alot under the budget And i look for good deals on things that stay good for a long time and to stock those things and i buy just the things i need

Love your hair cut, it's fab. My daughter is gluten free, when I started the biggest think I learnt was read all the ingredients. Seasonings like pepper can have flour in them.

I have a niece who works at a chicken plant and thank goodness, I was able to get chicken from her. And my local grocery store,I got a pork tenderloin for under $20 dollars and my husband cut it up and got us like eight separate meals out of it. The food prices are so high now and these days, people are honestly having to choose between paying bills and going without food or paying on their bills and getting a little bit of food. We are definitely living in some scary times. I hope y'all have a great day!!❤❤
