In 1998 I was 16 and we went on a school trip in Prague. Together with a friend I ended up in a place called the Uzi Bar. We met a bunch of guys who told us they just had a new CD out. After sharing many a beer, they ended up giving me a copy of Freedom, Hope & Fury and had it signed by the whole band. I found it in the attic after almost 25 years and love the album!
Now there we go that's some real regular music that's great.

The NY/NJ Death Metal Scene in the 90s was a timeless era in metal that will grow in popularity with each new generation who discovers these gems and becomes lifetime fans.
Most definitely, my metal brother. I was part of the tape trading scene from the late 80s to all the 90s. I used to get 100 envelopes ✉️ a week full of death metal 💀 demos, metal ads, fan zines, I literally had every demo back then from bands such as death, obituary, deicide, morgoth, morbid angel, carcass, cannibal corpse, immolation, incantation, macabre, impetigo, grave, suffocation, sadistic intent, sadus, destruction, Sodom, kreator, and many more I saw 👀 them all performances
